Dear Director General,
with reference to the previous correspondence and my letter WEH/mw-c/3273/05 of 30th March,
concerning notification of the list of approved laboratories pursuant to Article 8 of Regulation 648/2004
re1ating to detergents, I would like kindly to notify to the Cammission and Member States another two
Polish laboratories:

Laboratorium Instytutu Przemysłu Organicznego based in Warsaw
•
Laboratorium Instytutu Przemysłu Organicznego based in Psżczyna
.
The above mentioned laboratories are competent laboratories - pursuant to Article 8 of Regulation
648/2004 - to provide necessary services for checking compliance of EC detergents with the
requirements of Regulation 648/2004. The contact details an be found in Annex 1. I would like to note
that all details concerning the Polish competent laboratory have been sent to your EC services in an
electronic version.
