A. Course objective
Presentation of determinants of doing business in the Central and East European markets. Characteristics of the
formulating strategy process and modes of entry on the Central and East European markets. Analysis of the functional
strategies, also marketing strategies, on the Central and East European markets.
B. Course syllabus
"Business in the Central and Eastern Europe" is a sub-discipline of international business management. It covers
presentation of doing business determinants and strategies on the Central and East European markets.
