for the execution of the following task:
“Delivery of the Pressure Data Acquisition System - PSI System produced by
Pressure Systems Inc. at the engine testing facility for the Research and
Development Center for Aircraft Propulsion Systems at WSK "PZL - Rzeszów"
S.A.”, currently under construction within the project titled “The Creation of
the
Research and Development Center for Aircraft Propulsion Systems at WSK "PZL Rzeszów" S.A. within the Operational Programme: Development of Eastern Poland
2007-2013, priority axis I: Modern Economy, Measure 1.3: Promoting Innovation/Stage
II,task2/DELIVERY for TC.

THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
The main purpose of the request for quotation is to choose a company for the supply of
the Pressure Data Acquisition System - PSI System.
II.
OFFER SUBJECT
Quotation should contain:
1. “Quotation Form” being an enclosure no. 3 to this RFQ signed by the
authorized person and filled with:
- total offer price as well as pricing of the component parts
- lead time
- payment terms
2. Copy of Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed by the authorized person
III.
SUPPLIER SELECTION CRITERIA:
Selection criteria is the net price (100%).
IV.
TRADE CONDITIONS:
1. preferred payment terms:
100 % of the price payable 60 days after delivery.

2. delivery conditions:
DAP Rzeszów, at the WSK facility loading dock - in the case of Suppliers outside
European Union or DDP Rzeszów, at the WSK facility loading dock - in the case of
domestic Suppliers and EU Suppliers, with all trade terms dealing with delivery being
interpreted using “Incoterms 2010”.
3. minimum offer validity: 90 days
4. Cooperation conditions according to our standard WSK “PZL- Rzeszów” S.A. Capital
Equipment Agreement
NOTE: The enclosed Capital Equipment Agreement draft is a standard WSK “PZLRzeszów” S.A. contract. If you have any comments regarding the content of the capital
Equipment Agreement draft please point them out using tracking changes option and
send it back together with your quotation.

REPLY TO REQUEST FOR QUOTATION EXPIRY DATE
Please reply to this request for quotation until 23.06.2014.
Offers should be submitted in sealed envelopes, marked with: the name of the Supplier,
the number of the RFQ the offer refers to as well as the name of WSK byer responsible
for the purchase – Ewelina Januszczak. Apart from the paper version of the offer please
deliver the electronic version.

Board of Directors of WSK "PZL-Rzeszow" S.A. gives the express written consent to use
this message for this purpose.
Nothing in this Request for Quote is to be construed as obligating us to make an award
or pay for information solicited. We reserve the right to reject any or all quotes and to
accept other than the most favorable quote.
WSK’s acceptance of this quotation shall constitute an agreement between supplier and
WSK on the total price which shall apply to parts ordered by WSK from supplier. WSK’s
acceptance of same shall not be construed as an obligation to buy parts from supplier
The WSK reserves the right to disclose all information received in response to this
Request for Quotation to WSK affiliates or United Technologies Corporation affiliates.
The information will be disclosed subject to non-disclosure obligation and obligation to
protect such information with the same degree of care with which the receiving party
treats and protects its own proprietary and confidential information against public
disclosure, but with no less than reasonable care.. The response to this Request for
Quotation shall be deemed as the agreement of the offerer to make the information
contained in the quotation available to aforementioned parties.
