Od strony północnej przylega do linii kolejowej w kierunku na Poznań. W skład
wymienionego obszaru wchodzi teren prywatny (własność Lesław Wężyk) oraz
nieruchomości Gminy Tarnowskie Góry. Teren uzbrojony (energia elektryczna,
energia cieplna, woda, gaz, łączność kanalizacja). Teren jest w części
zagospodarowany. Znajduje się tutaj Gwarek - Śląskie Centrum Hurtu. W chwili
obecnej na terenie istnieje 50.000 m2 powierzchni handlowo-magazynowych.
Teren zlokalizowany jest na obszarze miasta przeznaczonym pod działalność
usługową, produkcyjną i handlową.

Tarnowskie Góry liegt im Südwesten Polens, in der Schlesischen
Woiwodschaft. Die Stadt ist mit der gesamteuropäischen Verkehrsinfrastruktur sehr gut verbunden. Das ausgebaute Verkehrsnetz der
Stadt mit der Ringstraße rund um das Zentrum ermöglicht eine
geschickte Kommunikation mit den Landesstraßen: DK 11, DK 78. In
der Nähe von Tarnowskie Góry durchläuft die Autobahn A4, außerdem baut sich die Autobahn A1 aus. Durch Tarnowskie Góry durchläuft ein der größten europäischen Eisenbahnknoten und der größte
Rangierbahnhof für Warentransport (zwischen Süden und Norden
Polens) im Land. In dem Landkreis Tarnowskie Góry, 15 km von der
Stadt entfernt, befindet sich der Internationale Flughafen KatowicePyrzowice. Tarnowskie Góry zählt mehr als 60 Tsd. Einwohner. Die
Stadt besitzt eine große industrielle Tradition. In Tarnowskie Góry
werden fast 7000 Betriebe geleitet, darunter einige hundert mit ein
ausländischen Kapital.
Das 35 ha große Gelände liegt in der Nachbarschaft der Stadtringstraße und der Straße DK 11 (Katowice-Poznań) an der ul. Zagórska
159. Von der nördlichen Seite liegt es an der Eisenbahnstrecke
Richtung Poznań. Zu dem genannten Gebiet gehören: ein Privatgrundstück (Lesław Wężyks Eigentum) und Immobilien der Gemeinde
Tarnowskie Góry.
Eine Bewehrung ist hier vorhanden (Wasser, Strom, Gas und Kanalisation). Das Gelände ist Teilweise eingerichtet. „Gwarek“ befindet
sich hier – „Śląskie Centrum Hurtu“ (Schlesischer Großhandel
Zentrum). Zur Zeit verfügt es über 50.000 m2 Handel- und LagerFläche.
Das Gelände ist in dem Stadtgebiet platziert, das für Produktion,
kommerzielle Einrichtung und Geschäfte gedacht ist.
The area of Zagórska - Grzybowa streets
Tarnowskie Góry is located in the south-west of Poland,
in the Silesian Voivodship. It is well linked to the European network
of transport. The city road network is well developed. Along with
the ring road, which bypasses the city centre, it provides efficient
communication linking the city with DK 11 and DK 78 trunk roads
running through the city area. In the vicinity of the city there is A4
motorway. Another motorway nearby – A1, is under construction.
Tarnowskie Góry, being one of the most important railway junction
points in Europe, is also one of the biggest country’s marshalling
yards. It is mainly used by freight trains carrying goods from the
south of Poland to its northern ports. In the distance of 15
kilometers from the city centre, there is Katowice- Pyrzowice
International Airport. The city has 60,000 inhabitants. It is proud of
its long industrial traditions. There are almost 7000 business entities
in Tarnowskie Góry, out of which a few hundred are companies with
foreign capital participation.
The land is located In the immediate vicinity of DK 11 trunk road
(from Katowice to Poznań), at 159 Zagórska street. Its total area
is 35 ha. The northern side of the land adjoins the railway line
to Poznań. The land considered includes a piece of private land
(Lesław Wężyk’s property) and the property of The Commune
of Tarnowskie Góry. The land is developed (water, gas and powersupply systems, as well as a heating network, a communication
network and a sewerage system are available). The land is partly
developed. There is a Silesian Wholesale Centre (Gwarek) here.
At present the land is 50.000 m2 of store and trade area. The land
is located in the part of the city which is intended for production,
services and trade.
