RULES OF THE FAIR
First International Fair: THE WORLD OF FOOTBALL
PGE Narodowy, 7-9 April 2017,
organized by Internetowe Centrum Handlowe Sp. Z o.o.
1. General rules
The provisions of the regulations shall apply to any entity (hereinafter referred to as "the Exhibitor")
which is involved in the First International Fair THE WORLD OF FOOTBALL, on the 7th, 8th and 9th of
October 2016 at the Ptak Warsaw Expo in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as "the Fair"), organized
by Internetowe Centrum Handlowe with head office located in Pabianice, ul. Zaradzyńska 8A, NIP:
7312046955, Polish Company Registry Number REGON 101794453, entered into the Register of
Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for Łódź - Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Division of the
National Court Register under the National Court Register number KRS 0000511776 (hereinafter
referred to as "the Organizer").
1.1.
These Regulations are an integral part of the Agreement to participate in the Fair.
1.2.
Fair participants are obliged to observe the general regulations and building regulations in
force on the premises of the Fair.
2. Conclusion of the agreement to participate in the Fair
2.1.
The Exhibitor shall make a declaration of will to participate in the Fair. A representative of the
Exhibitor shall provide a statement to this effect to the Organizer by e-mail at:

[email protected] in the form of an "Application for Participation"
(hereinafter referred to as "the Application"), completed and signed by a person authorized
to represent the Exhibitor. By signing the Application, the representative warrants that he or
she is duly authorized to conclude contracts on behalf of the Exhibitor. By sending the
Application the representative of the Exhibitor declares that he or she has read and accepted
these Terms and Terms of Participation, which are an integral part of the agreement regarding
participation in the Fair.
The contract to participate in the Fair is regarded as in force and binding at the moment of
acceptance of the Application by the Organizer. Notification of acceptance of the Application
will be sent to the Exhibitor to the email address specified in the Application.
Immediately after receiving the original Application, the Organizer will send to the Exhibitor
to the address specified in the Application an Agreement to Participate in the Fair in
duplicate, taking into account the contents of the Application and any additional services
ordered by the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor must sign and return to the Organizer one of the
copies of the Agreement to Participate in the Fair within 7 days of receipt of documents from
the Organizer.
The above procedures also apply to any orders by the Exhibitor for additional services that
the Fair Organizer offers.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse Applications for execution without giving any
reason. The Organizer will provide this information to the address specified in the Application.
In this case, no contract will have been entered into between the parties.
The Organizer has the right to refuse the Exhibitor participation in the Fair in the case of
default of any part of the payments due to the Organizer. In such a case, both parties agree
that the Organizer has fulfilled its contractual obligations.
These Regulations, Terms of Participation, the Application for Participation, and Order for
Additional Services are annexes to the Agreement.
Any changes to the Agreement to participate in the Fair must be in writing and confirmed by
a person authorized by the Exhibitor and the Organizer.

3.0. Exhibition space prices and other services related to the Exhibitors in the Fair are indicated in the
document entitled Terms of Participation. By choosing a specified package of services offered in
the Terms of Participation, the Exhibitor agrees to pay the Organizer for these services in the
specified amount, unless otherwise arranged in the Agreement to Participate in the Fair.
3.1. Deadlines and means of payment are set in the document entitled Terms of Participation.
4. Allocation of exhibition space
4.1. Exhibition space is selected by the exhibitors in the Application.
4.2. The Organizer allocates the exhibition space, taking into account the wishes of the exhibitors and
their own organizational capabilities and organizational and technical condition.
4.3. The Organizer has the right to unilaterally change the location of the exhibition space to a
location for the same price, which does not constitute an amendment to the agreement about
participation in the Fair and is not a basis for any claims against the organizer. The Organizer will
inform the Exhibitor about the change of exhibition space by e-mail at the address specified by the
Exhibitor in the Application.
5. Third Party Exhibitors

The Exhibitor has the right to make available all or part of the exhibition rented space to
another entity (Third Party Exhibitor) only with the prior written consent of the Organizer.
The Exhibitor assumes full responsibility for the acts and omissions of its Third Party
Exhibitor, as well as for acts and omissions of its own.

6. Advertisement

Exhibitor has the right to exhibit and promote their products (goods and / or services)
exclusively within their own exhibition area and on condition that the exhibits do not mask
the exhibits or disrupt the activities of the neighboring exhibitors. The Exhibitor has no right
to use amplifying devices, additional lighting, etc., which can disrupt the normal course of
work of other exhibitors.
Placing an advertisement outside the stand requires the written permission of the organizer
and involves additional charges.
Depending on the type of package ordered and other advertising services, the Exhibitor and
Third Party Exhibitors are required to give to the Organizer their contact information,
electronic files with graphics, logos, trademarks and other materials which are intended for
publication by the Organizer in connection with the organization or promotion of the event,
no later than 31 August 2016. Failure to do so will exempt the Organizer from the obligation
of publication of the information, but will not exempt the Exhibitor from the obligation of
payment for that service
The Organizer may refuse to publish the materials given to him by the Exhibitor for
publication in organizing the event, if it finds that such materials affect the legitimate
interests of the Organizer or other participants, the rights of third parties, and/or generally
applicable rules of law or good morals.
The Exhibitor is exclusively responsible for the content of materials supplied for advertising,
promotion or information which have been published by the Organizer or Exhibitor in
connection with the organization or promotion of the Fair.
7. Responsibility
7.1.
The Organizer is responsible only for damages caused to the exhibitor or to another
participant of the fair which arise from intentional action on the part of the Organizer or a
person acting on its behalf.

The Exhibitor assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the Organizer or
third parties by the Exhibitor or any person acting on its behalf, or representing the interests
of the Exhibitor.
The Exhibitor is obliged to immediately notify the Organizer of the occurrence of any event
that causes damage or gives the impression of the possibility of causing damage.
The Organizer strongly recommends that the Exhibitor take out insurance covering possible
damages associated with the Fair. The Organizer also recommends liability insurance for any
damage caused in connection with participation in the Fair.
8. Design, installation and dismantling of custom stands
8.1.

The Exhibitor may make an exhibition stand construction on his own and at his own cost.
The Exhibitor is obliged to submit to the Organizer at least 30 days before the date of
opening the Fair, for approval:
8.2.1. the electrical installation design for the stand, made by a duly authorized person.
8.2.2. the building plans for the stand in three projections, indicating the points where electrical,
sanitary, internet etc. connections will be made, and specifying the materials which the
stand will be made from with the required certificates of risk of flammability.
8.2.3. the details of the company, with appropriate permits, which will make the stand and carry
out installations
8.3.
The Exhibitor may begin installation of the stand after receiving permission from a
representative of the Organizer. The Organizer has the right to stop the work if he considers
that it breaches conditions of the regulations of the Centennial Hall or otherwise threatens
public order or the safety of persons or property attending the event.
8.4.
During the installation and dismantling, all work related to welding, grinding, or other
operations that cause dust and the risk of fire is prohibited.
8.5.
The Exhibitor is obliged to remove all waste products and by-products of the construction
work after installation and dismantling.
8.6.
The Exhibitor is obliged at all times to maintain order at their stand.
8.7.
The Exhibitor is obliged to comply with legal and technical standards of construction and
installation, safety, sanitation and fire protection.
8.8.
Installation and dismantling of stands can be made only on the dates indicated by the
Organizer in the Agreement for participation.

During installation and dismantling of stands at the fair, it is forbidden to damage the
construction, walls, floors and other elements of the Centennial Hall.
After the show, at the time specified by the Organizer, the Exhibitor shall restore the
exhibition area to its original state. If the exhibitor does not comply with these regulations,
the Organizer will arrange it and the Exhibitor will be charged with the costs of removing
items
and
cleaning
of
the
ordered
space
area.
9. Organization of work at the stand

The Exhibitor is obliged to make the stand accessible to visitors in the days and hours of
opening of the Fair.
If a presentation on the stand is conducted using any songs, the Exhibitor is obliged to
regulate their issues of copyright and related rights in the works on their own.
The Exhibitors can replace exhibition materials, supplement the exhibition or clean up the
stand only after the opening hours of the Fair for visitors.
The representative of the Organizer may order to the Exhibitor to remove from the stand
any elements which pose a threat to the safety of persons or property, or in other way
disturb the Fair.
All the Exhibitor’s promotional activities may take place only around the stand and may not
interfere with the fair and the work of other Exhibitors.
The Exhibitor is obligated to inform the Organizer about his intention to leave the stand if
this will be during the opening hours of the Fair for the visitors.
The Organizer will not be held responsible for any items left on a deserted exhibition stand.

All participants are required to comply with generally accepted standards and rules of health
and safety, and fire and sanitary rules, and to comply with these regulations and other
regulations that apply at the place of the Fair.
The Exhibitor is required to follow the instructions regarding order issued by a
Representative of the Organizer.
At the Fair smoking, the use of open fire, and the use of heating appliances is prohibited. It is
also not allowed to bring to the Fairgrounds arms, ammunition, explosives, and substances
which are corrosive or which present a fire hazard.
It is forbidden to obstruct evacuation routes and access roads necessary for fire safety.
The Exhibitor and persons representing his rights are required to wear identifiers issued by
the Organizer in a conspicuous place. The Exhibitor is required to undergo inspection
procedures that are recommended by the Organizer and carried out by the licensed security
agency
responsible
for
the
safety
of
the
Fair.
11. Final Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to modify the date or location and exhibiting area, or to the
complete cancellation of the Fair. The Organizer will immediately inform the Exhibitor about
any changes. In the case of the cancellation of the Fair, the Organizer will return all of the
advance paid.
All complaints should be reported to the Organizer in writing as soon as possible, but not
later than upon completion of the process of dismantling the stand. Claims submitted after
the deadline will not be accepted.
The Exhibitor expressly acknowledges that the Organizer does not make any assurances or
guarantees relating to economic results that will be achieved by the Exhibitor at the Fair, and
therefore the Exhibitor will not have a basis for any claims against the Organizer relating to
the failure to achieve such results.
The Agreement to Participation in the Trade Fair is subject to Polish law and according to this
law will be interpreted. Any disputes arising between parties from this agreement shall be
settled by a court of law competent for the Organizer.
