TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
1. APPLICATION OF PARTICIPATION
Exhibitors interested in renting exhibition space should send the Application Form completed and
signed by an authorized person to the company Event Masters z. o.o., hereinafter referred to as
Organizer of the form. The Organizer will promptly confirm in writing the acceptance of the
application and will send a pro-forma invoice for the amount resulting from the Application Form and
the Agreement. The Exhibitor is obliged to deposit a 50% down payment to the Organizer's bank
account within 7 days of confirmation of acceptance by the Organizer.
The Exhibitor has the right to withdraw from participation in Fair, provided that he sends written
notification to Organizer no later than 14 days after receipt of the Organizer’s confirmation of
acceptance of the Application. In this situation, the Exhibitor is also obliged to pay a handling charge
to the amount of the registration fee. If the Exhibitor withdraws from participation or sends written
notification after 14 days, he is obliged to pay the full amount resulting from the Application Form.

2. REGISTRATION FEE
The registration fee (120 €) entitles Exhibitors to the following services from the Organizer:
- Exhibitor accreditation at the Fair
- Exhibitor’s entry in the Fair Application
- 1 invitation for the banquet
3. SPACE RENTAL
The Organizer offers exhibitors space for rent in two price categories:
a) Category A - in the main hall

The minimum space is 6m2 for the rental area (12sq. m. for a corner space).
The fee for rental of exhibition space includes:
- use of rental space by the Exhibitor during the fair,
- use of common space in the Fair area,
- cleaning of passages and corridors,
- security surveillance and fire prevention services,
- advertising and promotion of Fair.
4. STAND CONSTRUCTION
Payment for stand construction includes assembly and disassembly of the stand, and outfitting of the
stand in standard and custom versions.
Standard stand construction includes:
- walls,
- garbage can.
In the case of custom stand construction, design and price will be agreed with Exhibitor.
5. PAYMENT FOR ELECTRICAL CONNECTION AND USE
Exhibitors who order electrical connections are obliged to pay the price for the connection and use.
The price depends on the wattage of the connection. The standard is a connection of 2kW for 45 EUR.
Connections of a higher wattage will be calculated individually.
6. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
We offer:
- Hostesses,
- Additional equipment and furniture,
- Connection of electricity of a higher wattage than standard.
- Internet access.
The fees for additional services will be calculated individually, based on the services ordered.

7. PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The Exhibitor is obliged to pay an installment of 50% of the amount resulting from the Application
Form, on the basis of a pro-forma invoice, within seven days of receipt of confirmation from the
Organizer of acceptance of the application. The remaining amount, which includes the additional
services ordered by the Exhibitor, must be paid no later than the 31 of January 2017, on the basis of
the final VAT invoice issued by the Organizer. Late payment of any part of the total amount will be
penalized with additional interest calculated according to Article 359 § 2 [1] of the Civil Code.
Failure to pay the whole sum entitles the Organizer to deny the Exhibitor the right to participate in
the Fair, and such a denial will not constitute a basis for any claims for damages on the part of the
Exhibitor.
