en-gpk – perforated insulation hangers

GPK – PERFORATED INSULATION HANGERS
Designed to manually attach insulation to air duct walls
wall
using assembly adhesive. Electric welder is not required. The surfaces where
the hangers will be used must be dry and free from dirt and impurities.
The hangers come with metal clamping plates (KZ - 2 galvanised fastening clip)
and KP caps.

• Insulation pins (hangers) are galvanised, the diameter of the pin is
around 2.7 - 2.8mm.
• The pins (hangers) are grooved on the surface to prevent KZ - 2 fastening
clip from slipping.
• Galvanised steel base is perforated (50x50mm) and is around 0.5 0.6mm thick.
• KP protective cap covering the tip of the pin is made of plastic and it fits
welded insulation pins and self-adhesive

• KZ - 2 fastening clip is galvanised and has outside diameter of 30mm.
• Packed in packages of 500 pcs. The kit includes KZ – 2 fastening clip and
KP cap.
• Standard length is from 20mm to 115mm.
