29th of May (Sunday) - Celebration of the 595th anniversary of civic rights:
- 09.45 – Gathering in front of Middle School No 2 and at the hotel;
- 10.00 – 16.00 – National Street Race “Mazowiecka XV”;
- 10.00 – 14.00 – MOTOSERCE 2016 – blood donation event – Old Town Square;
- 10.00 – 17.00 – Local craft and food fair (handicrafts of the region, local cuisine and other
traditional local products); an outdoor exhibition;
- 11.00 – 12.00 – Holy Mass for the citizens of Mińsk Mazowiecki;
- 14.00 – 16.00 – Concert in front of the Palace, in the historical park;
- 15.00 – 15.30 – Time Capsule – Old Town Square;
- 16.00 – 17.30 – Ceremonial session of the City Council of Mińsk Mazowiecki;
18.00 – 19.30 – Gala Concert;
- 19.30 - Gala dinner.
30th of May (Monday):
- 9.45 – Gathering in Middle School No 2;
- 10.00 – 12.00 – Debate on the future of European Union (city officials of partner cities, nongovernmental organizations, cultural institutions, youth, citizens) – Middle School No 2;
- 13.30 – 15.00 – Workshops and panel meeting (youth, non-governmental organizations,
representatives of the City Hall) – Public Library.
Workshop on civic participation should provide young people information and practical
knowledge about opportunities to participate in decision-making at all levels, including the level

Thematic panels: tourism, culture and education, in which municipalities, representatives of nongovernmental organizations and cultural institutions will discuss possible cooperation.
- 15.30 – 17.00 – Bus sightseeing and visit at the Museum of Ziemia Mińska for adults;
- 17.15 – 19.00 – Visit at the Aquapark for adults;
- 17.15 – 19.00 – Free time for those who are not willing to visit Aqupark;
- 15.20 – 18.00 – Free time for students (with families);
- 18.00 – 19.00 – Integration in Public Library (voluntarily);
- 19.00 – 20.30 – Bus sightseeing and visit at the Museum of Ziemia Mińska for students;
- 20.30 – Integration and dinner for students at Aquapark.
31st of May (Tuesday) – Trip to Warsaw:
- 08.45 – Gathering and departure;
- 10.15 – 12.00 – Visit at the National Museum;
- 12.00 – 13.30 – Walk in the Old Town;
- 15.30 – 17.00 – Visit at the Royal Baths Park;
- 18.00 – Return to Mińsk Mazowiecki.
1st of June (Wednesday):
- Guests’ departure.
