History
SIRO-GROUP
1969 Mr. Herbert Simon is founding SIRO-PLAST in Oberursel near
Frankfurt/Main
1990 In order to satisfy the growing gas-metering market, SIROMA-PLAST
is founded in Hungary
1996 SIROPOL began in Poland as a mould-development office
2000 The profile of SIROPOL is extended to the plastic moulding
2002 SIRO-PLAST moves to a new building in Langenselbold (Germany)
2004 Warehouse and Manufacturing Capacity expansion in PL and HU
2005 SIROPOL starts tool production
2008 SIRO-PLAST add separate area for tool storage
2009 Technology breakthrough: 3D Scanning measurement systems, mold
filling simulation software and first full electric molding machine
2011 Installation of photovoltaic panels at Langenselbold (225 kWp)

Our biggest facility is equiped with
ON-LINE production monitoring
systems where ALL the machines are
linked to a central server and many
different parameters can be
monitored during production.
Additionally, some of the automatic
assembly operations are also linked
to this system.
The system allows for data storage
as well as monitoring of some SPC
variables which are key to process
stability: cycletime, dosing time,
injection time, injection pressure and
cushion. In this way TRUE SPC is
running at our premises.

By selecting a job running at one of the machines, we are able
to monitor all those parameters affecting OEE.
Data is stored and analyzed, and plans and priorities are
defined at the relevant management meetings in order to keep
improving quality and efficiency.

Molding parameters are stored in the
system and are UNIQUE for each
tool/material/machine combination.
This ensures manufacturing is performed in
the right way, using the updated information,
and free from workmanship mistakes as it is
the system the only one providing the
manufacturing data.
