UCHWAŁA NR V/34/2015 RADY MIEJSKIEJ W MAKOWIE MAZOWIECKIM z dnia 5 marca 2015 r. w sprawie przystąpienia do sporządzenia miejscowego planu zagospodarowania przestrzennego fragmentu miasta Maków Mazowiecki – obszar działek nr ewid. 183/2, 184/1, 184/2, 895 Na podstawie art. 18 ust. 2 pkt. 5 ustawy z dnia 8 marca 1990 roku o samorządzie gminnym (tekst jednolity Dz. U. z 2013 r., poz. 594 z późn. zm.) oraz art. 14 ust. 1, 2 i 4 w związku z art. 27 ustawy z dnia 27 marca 2003 roku o planowaniu i zagospodarowaniu przestrzennym (tekst jednolity Dz. U. z 2012 r., poz. 647, z późn. zm.) Rada Miejska w Makowie Mazowieckim uchwala, co następuje: § 1. 1 Przystępuje się do sporządzenia miejscowego planu zagospodarowania przestrzennego fragmentu miasta Maków Mazowiecki – obszar działek nr ewid. 183/2, 184/1, 184/2, 895 . 2. Granice obszaru objętego planem, o którym mowa w ustępie 1 określono na załącznikach nr 1 i nr 2 do niniejszej uchwały. § 2. Wykonanie uchwały powierza się Burmistrzowi Miasta Maków Mazowiecki. § 3.
