I.
PL: Jesteśmy zainteresowani niniejszym przetargiem, ale zanim będziemy mogli
ocenić, czy wymagany zakres prac odpowiada naszym możliwościom produkcyjnym,
chcielibyśmy mieć możliwość posiadania angielskiej wersji zaproszenia do składania
ofert. Jeżeli nie całego dokumentu, to przynajmniej główne tematy dotyczące zakresu
prac (wymienione w pkt 3).
EN: We are interested to this tender but before we can assess if the required scope
of work fits our production capabilities, we would like to have the possibility to have
the English version of the call for tender. If not the complete document, at least the
main topics on the Scope of Work (listed at paragraph 3).
PL: Na tym etapie nie przewidujemy tłumaczenia ogłoszenia. W kolejnym etapie
udostępniony SIWZ w wersji polskiej i angielskiej.
EN: At this stage we do not foresee to translate the advertisement. In the next stage the
Specification (SIWZ) shall be made available in the English and Polish versions.

EN: The manufacturer of the turbine is a Czech company - Pierwsza Brneńska. Type VPT –
30/30-90/14/2.5, manufacture year 1964, nom. electric power 30 MW.

PL: czy specyfikacja techniczna wskazuje, czy ZAP chce zachować
istniejący fundament, czy jest to konieczne / możliwe, aby umieścić nową
turbinę parową na zupełnie nowej konstrukcji fundamentu?
EN: is the technical specification indicating that ZAP wants to keep existing
foundation structure or is it required/possible to place the new steam turbine
on brand new foundation structure with new civil works?
PL: Decyzję o wyburzeniu lub wykorzystaniu istniejącego fundamentu podejmie Kierujące
Biuro Projektowe po wykonaniu badań i pobraniu próbek z istniejącego fundamentu oraz
po wyborze Dostawcy Turbozespołu. Roboty związane z ewentualnym wyburzeniem i
budową nowego fundamentu nie są przedmiotem tego zamówienia.
EN: A decision about the removal or using of the existing foundation will be made by a
managing design/engineering office after making tests and taking samples from the
existing foundation as well as after the selection of the Turbine supplier. Any works
related to removal of the foundation and building a new one are not subject of the order.

IV.
PL: Nasza firma jest zaangażowana w proces wstępnej kwalifikacji dotyczącej
dostawy turbozespołu o mocy 37MW. Przygotowujemy wszystkie wymagane
dokumenty w języku polskim, jednak roczne sprawozdanie finansowe jest bardzo
obszernym dokumentem i obawiamy się, że nie będziemy w posiadaniu tłumaczenia
w terminie. Nasze pytanie brzmi: czy możemy dostarczyć ten dokument w języku
angielskim, inne dokumenty będą w języku polskim.
EN: Our company is involved in the pre-qualification process for for supply of the
turbogenerator 37MW.We are preparing all required documents in Polish, however,
the Annual Financial Report is very bulky document and we are afraid we will not be
able to have it translated on time.Our question is whether we can provide this
document in English, other documents will be in Polish language.
PL: Dopuszcza się złożenie sprawozdania fiansowego w wersji angielskojęzycznej wraz
z wnioskiem o dopuszczenie do udziału w postępowaniu, przy czym wymagane jest
uzupełnienie tłumaczenia na etapie analizy wniosków w wyznaczonym przez
Zamawiającego terminie.
EN: It is acceptable to submit a financial report in English version together with an
application for the participation in the tender procedure, with the requirement to submit
the translation at the stage of the applications analysis within the period specified by
the Owner.
