Race Office in the hill
starting bibs will be distributed outide the Sub Race Office in the hill
45 minutes before the start of the training / trial round
keys to the changing rooms – will be distributed after the meeting
car passes will be distributed after the meeting PARKING ISSUE on
Saturday!!!
judges tower and mixed zone passes, one per team, will be distributed
after the meeting
hotel payment will be collected at the Race Office on Saturday morning
gym requests – please report to the Race Office staff after the
meeting

there will also be hot meals offered in the hill in the buffet in the
athletes zone and cold drinks, fruit, and sweets in the teams’ changing
rooms
Saturday dinner for everyone will be served at the hill in the VIP area
after the end of competition
