O-Games 2017 follows orienteering competition of The World Games 2017. There is a
unique opportunity to support own idols and to spend time in an interesting area
struggling on courses in long, middle and sprint races.

The organizer reserves the right to merge the classes in case of small number of
entries in the particular one.
TERMS OF PARTICIPATION:
In sport categories (KM 10-80):
Members of foreign orienteering clubs which have valid foreign orienteering federation
license are allowed to start in competition with no additional costs.
All others in order to be allowed to start in sport categories, should have valid license
of PZOS (Polish Orienteering Federation) or must purchase a one-time license, which
costs 35 zł and can be order in PZOS’s office [email protected] or by O-Games
mail: [email protected]. One-time license is valid for all races.
In recreational categories (OPEN A, B, C, Family):
Everyone can take part in recreational categories, there is no need for license.
CLOTHING
According to the Polish Foot Orienteering Rules (Art. 8) Full body should be covered
beside head, neck and hands. In sprint there are no restrictions.

TERRAIN:
Typical city park full of paths and bushes with very good runability.
Partially urbanized area with irregular buildings. Very flat.
EMBARGOED
AREA:
It is the same Embargoed Area as for The World Games. It is allowed to
stay as a resident or student, for business purposes or as a tourist, i.e.
for sight-seeing, visiting a restaurant, shopping, participating in an
indoor sport event.
It is prohibited to stay there with a map, to run, to jog, to orienteer
through the embargoed area or to test route choices running or
walking.

Entry after 09.07.2017 – entry fee increases till 150%, but only if maps are available.
In the amount of the entry fee tickets for individual competitions within the
framework of The World Games 2017 is not included.
Ticket prices for TWG 2017 orienteering event will cost about: 15 zł/race and pass
for all 3 races: 35 zł
PAYMENT
Payment for foreign runners in O-Games could be done in Competition Office during
competition. If you have any questions, please contact us by mail.

AWARDING CEREMONY
3 best in all classes in the overall standings will be held 27 of July around 5.30pm.
The overall standings are given by the sum of times of all 3 stages.
The prize jackpot may increase.

- the organizer is insured against civil liability,
- the organizer does not pay for the individual insurance,
- the organizer is not liable for missing items during the event,
- the organizer reserves the right to final interpretation of this Bulletin,
- all controversies during competition are solved by the Main Referee and special jury,
- registration for the competition means that the athlete accepts bulletin’s resolutions
and agrees to data processing in organizational purposes,
- competition will be organized according to PZOS’s Rules and Sports Rules valid for
2017,
