All stages are interval start (Stage 1 - sprint, Stage 2 - middle distance,
Stage 3 - long distance).

TERRAIN
DESCRIPTION
The terrain consist of three different type of terrain. One
part is forest with mostly good runnability, second part is
open and semi-open terrain with limited visibility and
runnability. Last part is urban area with very good
runnability.

The terrain is located approx. 190-450m above sea level on
slope of Ślęża mountain. It consists of two main parts:
steep slope with a partly stony ground and erosive forms of
relief with complex contour details, ravines and deep
valleys. Mixed forest with deciduous and coniferous trees.
Runability and visibility from very good to poor. A dense
network of roads and paths.
It is not allowed to go to the embargoed area showed on
map, this includes running or walking through terrain or
on paths, roads, etc .
