Streszczenie:
Chociaż pszenica jest jednym z najbardziej powszechnych alergenów pokarmowych u dzieci,
historia naturalna IgE-zależnej alergii na pszenicę jest rzadko
omawiana w literaturze. W pracy podsumowano aktualną wiedzę o IgE-zależnej alergii na
pszenicę u dzieci.
Abstract:
Although wheat is one of the most common food allergens in children, the natural history of the
IgE-dependent allergy to wheat has been rarely discussed
in the literature. The paper contains the review of contemporary state of knowledge about the
IgE-mediated wheat allergy in children.
