international transit route no 131 (C-E 65/1) – connecting Silesia with sea ports in Gdańsk and Gdynia.

Percentage of permissible development – 80% in compliance with Local Land Use Planning "Łęgnowo
– Technology Park" passed by the decision of the Council of the City of Bydgoszcz no LIV/1093/05
dated September 28, 2005.
Deforested area. It is necessary to make payments to the RDLP in Toruń for the permanent exclusion
of land from forestry production for a period of 10 years from the date of issuance of the decision
dated May 10, 2007. The fee amounts to approx. PLN 13 500 p.a. for 1 ha. At the stage of investment
completion it may be necessary to relocate the technical infrastructure running through the plot.
The real estate along with the adjacent technical infrastructure as well as the roads with pavements, cycling paths and lighting,
are supported under the project: "Development of the technical infrastructure in the Bydgoszcz Industrial Park"
