Application
In the formulation of polyurethane rigid foam (filling large-size construction spaces, doors, tanks and
insulating panels). Could be processing on low and high pressure foaming machines.
General information
Izopianol 40/30 C/01 is two component system for producing rigid polyurethane foam. No blowing
agent lean the ozone layer containing, conforming with UE regulations (WE) nr 2037/2000.
Component A (Izopianol 40/30 C/01) mixture of polyols with additives.
Component B (Purocyn B) polymeric diphenylmethane 4, 4’ diisocyanate.

Foaming description in laboratory conditions
Preparing components to conversion - component temperature (18 ÷ 22 0C). Reaction times and
density in labolatory conditions (20 0C) in hand foaming - stirrer rotary about 1200 r.p.m., mixing time
about 10 [s], form temperature (30 ÷ 40 0C).
