Slovak Act No. 429/2002 Coll. on Securities Stock Exchange, as amended, hereunder reports the
following regulated information:
On December 11, 2014 TMR signed a contract to provide advisory services on sales and marketing
for a Polish ski resort Pilsko in the town of Korbielów. TMR plans on utilizing its extensive
experience from managing ski resorts in the High and Low Tatras also close to Slovak-Polish border
in Pilsko.
Pilsko is a ski resort with the second highest elevation in Poland, after Kasprowy Wierch, set at
1,550 m a.s.l. with 20km of ski trails, 3 chair cableways and 14 lifts. The resort with its vertical drop
of 770 m is a sought after for its ski trail N. 5 with 4.5km. In the resort there is a mountain guard, a
snow park, restaurants, a ski and snowboard school, and a ski rental.
