FUNDAMENTA MATHEMATICAE 140 (1992) Erratum to the paper “The Axiom of Choice, the Löwenheim–Skolem Theorem and Borel models” (Fund. Math. 137 (1991), 53–58) by Jerome M a l i t z , Jan M y c i e l s k i and William R e i n h a r d t (Boulder, Colo.) In the first remark on p. 54 we state a theorem of Sierpiński which cannot be used the way we claim to use it there. The theorem which can be used there, also due to Sierpiński [1], implies that, if P P (ω) can be linearly ordered, then there exists a nonmeasurable set. Reference [1] W.
