Professional career biographical note: Stanisław Zając
Mr Stanisław Zając, aged 59, holds an MSc Eng. in electrical sciences.
In 1980 he graduated from the Wrocław University of Technology in electrical engineering,
specialising in automation systems.
Mr Stanisław Zając professional career:
in 1980-1987 he worked in Zakład Produkcji Urządzeń Automatyki in Wrocław, holding
a position of an electronic circuit assembly technician, a branch head, and a foreman
in 1987-1991 he worked in Zakład Produkcji Aparatury Elektronicznej INCO in Wrocław
as a tuning technician of electronic circuits in the RST service department
in 1991-2001 he worked at Tespol s.c. in Wrocław running his own business being its
co-owner
since 2001 until today he has been with Tespol Sp. z o.o. in Wrocław, where, following
transformation of a civil law company into a company, in which he holds a position of
the President of the Management Board
The last 20 years of his professional career Mr Stanisław Zając has devoted to establishment,
development, and strengthening of Tespol on the Polish market, a company that, among others, is
an authorised representative of foreign manufacturers of measurement, radiocommunications, and
telecommunications equipment: Tektronix (US), Keithley (US), Anritsu (Japan), LitePoint (US),
Tektronix Communication (US), MVG (US, Israel), Rohde&Schwarz (Germany), and Spectracom
(US/France).
Besides its commercial business, as an exclusive authorised repair service provider in the territory
of Poland Tespol provides warranty and post-warranty services rendered to the represented
companies, also executing systems, launching and calibrating them, checking measurement
devices, and radiocommunications and telecommunications systems. The Company's key
customers include research and scientific institutes, universities, armed forces, telecom operators,
broadcasters, and distributors of television and radio programmes, and the industry. In 2003 the
Company obtained licences for carrying out its business that involved trading in products and
technologies for the Police and the military. In the next year, it obtained the 2nd level security
clearance. The Company has certified its integrated quality system ISO9001:2009 together with
WSK and NATO quality system AQAP 2120:2009.
According to the statement submitted to the Company, Mr Stanisław Zając is not involved in
business competitive towards SONEL S.A., nor is he a shareholder in a competitive company, as
a shareholder of a civil law company, a private partnership or as a member of a company, nor is
he a shareholder in another competitive legal entity as a member of its authority.
According to a statement submitted to the Company, Mr Stanisław Zając is not registered in the
Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on KRS (National Court Register).
