Subject: Waiver of claims related to National Stadium construction settlement
Further to Current Report No. 37/2016 dated November 11th 2016, in connection with a
settlement reached by the State Treasury and NCSR with Zurich Insurance plc (Niederlassung
für Deutschland; “Zurich”), the Management Board of PBG S.A. (the “Company”) announces
that on November 15th 2016 mutual declarations on waiver of claims related to the
construction of the multi-purpose National Stadium in Warsaw with ancillary facilities (the
“Declarations”) were released from notarial custody. The release gives rise to the following
legal consequences: the State Treasury, the Company and other involved entities waive their
mutual claims related to the National Stadium project and all the court proceedings, including
those related to pending bankruptcy proceedings, will be terminated due to discontinuation
and waiver of claims.
