Subject: List of shareholders holding at least 5% of total vote at Annual General Meeting on
June 16th 2014
The Management Board of PBG S.A. w upadłości układowej (in company voluntary
arrangement) publishes the list of Shareholders holding at least 5% of total vote at the Annual
General Meeting on June 16th 2014:
1. Mr Jerzy Wiśniewski, who held 7,616,278 votes at the Annual General Meeting, attached to
3,881,224 shares, which represented 99.69% of the votes at the Annual General Meeting and
42.23% of the total vote.
The Shareholders registered at the Annual General Meeting on June 16th 2014 held in
aggregate 3,901,738 shares, conferring the right to 7,640,071 votes.
