University of Lower Silesia
Founded in 1997, University of Lower Silesia
(ULS) is one of the biggest and the oldest nonpublic universities in Poland. Set close to the city
center and only 20 minutes drive from Wrocław’s
airport ULS offers students studies in modern
buildings with convenient access not only to the
city’s main attractions but also to the rest of
Europe. Situated between Prague, Warsaw and
Berlin Wrocław boats a developed transportation

Pre-school Education with Psychomotorics l eduka-
infrastructure that connect the metropolis with
the whole of the continent and beyond.
Presently about 5500 students participate in
full-time, evening, part-time, post-graduate and
PhD studies at ULS. Four faculties of the
University are: Faculty of Educational Sciences,
Faculty of Social Sciences and Communication,
Faculty of Technical Sciences, Branch Faculty of
Educational Sciences in Kłodzko.

At present ULS employs almost 200 teachers

Two faculties of University: Faculty of
Educational Sciences and Faculty of Social
Sciences and Communication have the right to

habilitated doctor’s degree.
