The subject of the contract is the procurement of the equipment for removal of paper and plastic
labels within the framework of the following project:
Building of the cull recycling plant based on the proprietary eco-innovations as the result of the
performed R&D study.

De-labelling machine

Capacity 7 t/h

Blades attached to the rotating shaft

Blades attached at certain distance from the walls of enclosure in order to avoid
permanent wear as a result of contact with the cull

Blades rotating around the single shaft

Machine positioned at the angle 10⁰
Availability criteria
- Documented experience in designing and manufacturing of de-labelling machines: five pieces during
last 3 years
- Documented experience in designing and manufacturing of glass recycling plants: five pieces during
last 3 years
Weight based criteria
- Price / weight 70 %
- Warranty period / weight 25 %
- Minimization of power consumption / weight 5%

The criteria for project evaluation consist of the availability criteria, scored 0-1 (fulfils, does not fulfil) and
point-weight based criteria.
The entities that do not fulfil at least one of the availability criteria will not be point-scored.
The scoring is made according to the 1-5 scale (1 – least fulfilment of the criterion, 5 – best fulfilment).
To every criterion-point is assigned a weight.
Information on the course of the contract realization which can be important for its completion:
The planned investment will be realized in the town of Czarnków, Wielkopolskie Voivodship, and relates
to the project: Building of the cull recycling plant based on the proprietary eco-innovations as the result
of the performed R&D study.
Contract awarding procedure:
This contract awarding procedure is conducted in the form of request for quotation sent via electronic
means, publication on the website www.krynicki.pl,; publication in the Official Journal of the European
Union and in National Database Competition.

Offer validity period – at least 3 months,

The offer should be in Polish / English; signed by a person or persons authorized for
participation in legal transactions on behalf of the tenderer, whereas the signature must be
legible or as the name stamp
Additional information

The offers can be submitted only by the tenderers who have neither capital nor personal
ties with the contracting entity.

The down payments by the Contracting entity are not possible. Payment for the contract
completion will be made in instalments according to the actually performer work.

Krynicki Recykling S.A. reserves the right to cancel the order without the obligation to state
the reason.
