Grodzisk Wielkopolski, 17 November 2014 Dear Groclin Staff, Let us to present another edition of our newsletter. In this issue, I would like you to present more information about BU Controls and in this way we will begin our short cycle of characteristics of our business units. 1. Financial Results The sales level in the third quarter is in line with our expectations, despite a two-week downtime in all of our plants in the month of August. Thank you all for your support and contribution to the achieved results. I am convinced that in the coming months we will maintain this trend with the prospect of further growth. All the time, however, we need to pay attention to optimizing the level of costs in all of our business units. I would like to ask you for your support and commitment. 2. Overview and Challenges We are facing challenges connected with the VW T6 project, especially in its development phase in order to introduce the product into mass production. This is the first project of this scale, where Groclin is in charge for the development and design. The estimated production volume is approx. 600 cars per day, and therefore it requires that we put enormous attention to make it a success for the Customer and for us. We have a new order from Terex MHPS GmbH and a perspective on long-term cooperation. Kabel-TechnikPolska will perform deliveries of control cabinets for AGV (Automated Guided Vehicles) - used in sea ports for container handling. The value of contract amounts to PLN 4,500,000, the company will provide 30 sets (120 cabinets) in the next two years, 2015 and 2016. Congratulations. Groclin S.A.
