International Christmas Evening
T
he International Christmas Evening in
Wroclaw was co-hosted by AmCham
and the British, French, German and
Scandinavian chambers of commerce in
Poland. The event took place on December
8 at the Wrocław Puppet Theater.
The first part of the artistic program was
devoted to international traditions. A choir of
students from different countries at the
Wrocław branch of the British International
School of Cracow dressed in their national
costumes and sang carols from all over the
world. This was followed by a performance
of international Christmas carols by Wroclaw’s most famous gospel choir, the Spirituals Singers Band. The rest of the evening
continued to the accompaniment of modern
Christmas melodies from all over the world
as well as delicious Polish Christmas cuisine.
