Dear Sirs,
It is my pleasure to invite you to attend the 7th International Conference on
the Asia-Pacific Region to be held at Wrocław University of Economics on 16–17 November
2014 in Poland. The title of the Conference is Redefinition of the Role of Asia-Pacific
Region in the Global Economy. Partnership or Leadership? The purpose of the conference
is to exchange experiences and popularize knowledge of the Asia-Pacific Region.
The conference will concern multifaceted issues of the role of Asia-Pacific in the
global world, in the social, economic and political dimension. The conference will have an
international character, and the leading language will be English. During our conferences of
Asia-Pacific we hosted, Deputy Ministry of Economy Republic of Poland Mrs. Ilona
Antoniszyn – Klik, the Ambassador of Australia Mrs. Jean Dunn, the Ambassador of Japan
Mr. Makoto Yamanaka, Mr. Alain Ruche from the European Commission and many experts
from different scientific centers of the world (including Japan and China) and from Poland.
We would be very honored if you agree to deliver a speech during our conference or
publish an article in our working papers. Papers in English will be published in Research
Papers of Wrocław University of Economics after a positive peer review. Deadline for
submission of full text papers is 30th May 2014 (max. 10 pages).
