Komentarz do protokołu sporządzonego w Cukrowni „Racibórz” w Raciborzu w dniu 09.01.1989. Przedsiębiorstwo Junisoftex z Gliwic realizując zawartą umowę badawczą nr 2/88 z dnia 29.08.1988r. posiadało w okresie od dnia 10.03.1988r. (data zawarcia umowy licencyjnej) do dnia 01.08.1990r. TABELLE Sugar Factory „Racibórz” The official record on the lustration of the evaporation station after the sugar campaign 1988/89 and the estimation of the effects of use for magnetic treatment of unit RAM or the diffuse juice. This record was prepared in Sugar Factory “Racibórz” 9 of January, 1989. Commission consisting of: 1. Eng. T. Wójcicki 2. M. Sc. Eng. Cz. Wolny 3. Eng. J. Zielonka 4. M. Sc. Eng. Cz. Barcewicz 5. M. Sc. Eng. B. Drzewny - Director - Technical Director - The Laboratory, Head - Power Dpt., Supervisor - Chief Dpt of Technical Production has stated the following: Basing on the agreement Nr 2/88 between Sugar Factory “Racibórz” and the Co. Ltd., of Technical News “Junisoftex” from Gliwice in the technological line of a sugar production, before the evaporation station the equipment (type “RAM”) for magnetic treatment of the diffusion juice has been installed. The attachment of this equipment was done before the sugar campaign 1988/89. The above experiment has been directed to get an opinion about usefulness of the equipment “RAM” to protect the evaporation station from appearing on the heating surfaces a boiler scales. After finnishing of the sugar campaign the commission of the authorities listed above has inspected, on January 9, 1989, according to art. 6 of the investigation agreement, the particular sections of an evaporation station, their opinions are as follows: a/ in the section I – surfaces of the heating pipes are completely free from the scale b/ in the section II – is observed the presence of a loose bloom of average thickness around 0.1-0.2mm c/ in the section III – is observed the presence of a loose bloom of average thickness around 0.1-0.2mm d/ in the section IV - is observed the presence of a loose bloom of average thickness around 0.1-0.2mm. The commission states that presence of the loose bloom in the sections II, III and IV did not influence, in general, the process heat exchange and an evaporation station maintain the heating elongated efficiency which permitted lowering of time of its operation to the and of a sugar campaign without necessity of boiling of the particular sections. Evaluating the state of the evaporation station the commission takes into consideration also a fact that this year a sugar campaign appeared at especially difficult conditions because of: 1/ bad quality of raw beets which presented many technological difficulties and 2/ that imported from the west countries compounds “ANTIPREX” and “CYJANOMER” used during the former campaigns for prevention of the scale forming manifested in 1988/89 in the technological conditions of sugar Factory “Racibórz” much less effective action. The commission herewith recognize that a way for prevention of the evaporation station by the method applied by Co. Ltd., “Junisoftex” and based on a magnetic treatment of the diffusion juice with use of any equipment “RAM” is mostly effective and also is profitable from practical point of view, since does not need any attendance of the technical personel. Evaluating the main effects of the applied method, the Commission points out that the method permits for significant decrease of an ammount of the pollutions emitted to the natural environment by Sugar Factory “Racibórz”, previously caused by liquid wastes after boiling of the evaporators for elimination of the formed scales. To supplement the above results the Commission states that method of prevention of an installation from forming of the scale based on the equipment of “Junisoftex” Co. Ltd., was applied also for prevention of the boiler type OSR (pipely, sectionally, irradiated) which was inspected after the end of a campaign. The fragments of pipes collected from the particular parts of the boiler were found completely free of scales. According to beneficial effects of an application of the equipment type “RAM”, the commission suggest to buy equipment “RAM-30”, in the frames of the investigation agreement and also to enter to a contract with Co. Ltd. “Junisoftex” containing initiation of the result of an investigation. This record has been prepared in four copies, two of them for both sides. Afterwards, the record was signed by the members of the commission. The signatures of members: /1/ /2/ /3/ /4/ /5/ The comments to the official record prepared in Sugar Factory “Racibórz” Racibórz, January 9, 1989 . The Co.Ltd., “Junisoftex’ located in Gliwice performes, according To the contract project Nr 2/88, dated August 29, 1988, a constant use since March 10, 1988 (a date of entering the cooperation agreement) with my personal agreement for the employment of my technology the eguipment type “RAM”. A range of the works (for which was called the above cooperation) had, as following: 1. release to the factory (without any payments) the eguipment “RAM”30 for an installations with a capacity around 100m³/h 2. carrying out the physicochemical investigations of all sugar products present in a technological process 3. carrying out investigation of all precipitative scales formed before the installation of our technology 4. performing of the detailed investigation of a precipitation bloom from the heating surfaces formed of a third section of an evaporation station being under an action of our technology. The content of the elements in the precipitates have been analysed by use of SAA (Spectroscopic Atomic Analysis). The final effect of the above works was analysed in details. The fragment of this analysis (a table presenting content of the individual elements in the precipitates) is presented. Please, pay attention for a relatively low content of calcium determined in the bloom collected from the third section of the evaporation station as compared with it’s high level presence in the first boiler (first saturation) in the second boiler (second saturation), after second saturation in the valves between the second and third section and in the precipitates after the first saturation in 1987. The subseguent campaignies permit to make sure what are the causes of remaing of the loose blooms in the second , third and fourth sections of the evaporation. It was helpful for the Factory in the firstsugar campaign 90/91 getting (for the first time in Poland) the highest concentration of the thick juice (Bxsg) amoung all sugar factories on the Polish territory, without using any extra helpful compaunds or systems expect the technology as described above. The publications dealing with sugar industry describe in details the problems related to a scale precipitates (in the individual Sections of the evaporation stations) the losses resulted from that and the methods directed on the stopping of that unfavorable process. The facts described above let to prove that elimination of the causes of the precipitate appearing provide the complete liguidation of the losses resulting of their presence.
