RELIGIOUS EDUCATION REGISTRATION
Registration for the 2014-2015 school year will begin
on Tuesday, August 12th and extend through Tuesday,
September 23rd. It will be held at the Religious Ed
offices on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

The tuition fee for the school year 2014-2015 will be
the same as last year. However, we are adding a
preparation fee of $50 for First Holy Communion. We
already have a preparation fee for Confirmation.
These fees help defray the costs of certificates,
photography, retreat, confirmation gown etc. These
payments They must be paid at the same time as the
tuition fee.

Thank you for all you do to fill our shelves. Unfortunately
the food is flying off the shelves almost as soon as we
place it on the shelf. This is the reason why we are so persistent in our requests for the carbs and the vegetables.
Please continue to keep us in mind when you are shopping or clearing off your own shelves.
For the students’ sake I hate to remind you that school is
preparing for the onslaught of kids (I am sorry kids, but
it’s true) and we would like to be able to supply them
with the necessary tools to prompt them to come home
with nothing but A’s on their report cards. We generally
need – In order of importance – backpacks, marble note
books, pencil cases, pencils, colored cardboard folders
and safety scissors. Any other back-to-school items will
also be welcomed and used.

el Martes 12 de Agosto y FINALIZARAN el Martes 23 de
Septiembre. Las matrículas serán
realizadas en las oficinas de Educación Religiosa SOLAMENTE, los días Martes, Miércoles y Jueves.

ZAPISY NA RELIGIĘ NA R. SZK. 2014-15
Prowadzimy obecnie zapisy uczniów na rok szkolny
2014-15. Odbywają się one w biurze Centrum Edukacji
Religijnej we wtorki, środy i czwartki w następujących
godzinach:
wtorek: 14:00-19:00,
środa: 14:00-17:00,
czwartek: 14:00-17:00.
Zapisy trwać będą do wtorku 23 września.
Opłaty za naukę religii są takie same jak w roku ubiegłym z tą różnicą, że wprowadzone zostały zmiany w
opłatach związanych z przygotowaniem do 1szej komunii św. i bierzmowania.
Opłatę związaną z przygotowaniem do sakramentów
Pierwszej Komunii Świętej i Bierzmowania należy
uiścić wraz z opłatą za cały rok nauki.
Wysokość opłat:
- za 1 dziecko: $ 120
- za dwoje lub wiecej dzieci: $ 150
- Pierwsza Komunia Święta: $50 (tj. opłata
za fotografa i materiały przygotowawcze)
- Bierzmowanie: $85 (opłata za materiały,
rekolekcje, strój na uroczystość)
UWAGA: Rodzice uczniów rozpoczynających naukę
w klasach VII, VIII oraz Prep 6 muszą w trakcie dokonywania zapisów spotkać się z dyrektorem Programu Edukacji Religijnej , aby otrzymać listę wymagań dotyczących Sakramentu Bierzmowania i
potrzebne informacje.
Jeżeli Wasze dziecko jest zapisywane po raz
pierwszy, musi mieć skończone 6 lat. Prosimy o
przyniesienie metryki chrztu dziecka. Jest to
wymagane nawet, jeśli dziecko zostało ochrzczone
w naszej parafii. Jeżeli natomiast dziecko nie zostało
jeszcze ochrzczone, prosimy o przyniesienie jego
metryki urodzenia. Jeżeli dziecko przyjęło już Iszą
Komunię Świętą, prosimy także o przyniesienie odpowiednigo Świadectwa.
W przypadku jakichkolwiek pytań prosimy

PROGRAM POMOCY SOCJLANEJ- OUTREACH PROGRAM- Nadal prosimy Państwa głównie o żywność zawierającą duże ilości węglowodanów oraz warzywa.
Dla uczniów rozpoczynających wkrótce nowy rok szkolny prosimy o plecaki, zeszyty (marble notebooks), piórniki (pencil cases), olówki, kolorowe skoroszyty (colored
cardboard folders), nożyczki szkolne (safety scissors)
oraz inne przybory szkolne.
