The Seller transfers to the Buyer

§ 3.
Sprzedawca
wystawi
Kupującemu
fakturę VAT opiewającą na cenę
sprzedaży,
płatną
14
dni
po
przeniesieniu
własności
przez
Sprzedającego, o którym mowa w § 2.
§ 3.
The Seller will issue VAT invoice for
the amount mentioned in § 2
above, to be paid by the Buyer 14
days after the transfer of the
ownership mentioned in § 2 above.
§ 4.
Sprzedawca oświadcza, że pojazdy
będące przedmiotem umowy stanową
jego własność, są wolne od wad
prawnych,
nie
toczą
się
żadne
postępowania, którego przedmiotem są
pojazdy, oraz że nie stanowią one
przedmiotu zabezpieczenia lub zajęcia.
§ 4.
The Seller declares that the trucks
being
the
subject
of
this
Agreement are owned by him, are
free from any legal defects, there
are no legal proceedings pending
in respect of the trucks and they
are not subject to a pledge or
seizure.

znane, i o których nie powiadomił

The Seller declares that to his best
knowledge trucks are free from
any defects of which he has not
informed the Buyer.

ustaliły,

podatek
od
czynności cywilnoprawnych uiści ……….

The Parties have agreed that the
tax on civil law transactions shall

§ 8.
W
sprawach
nieuregulowanych
niniejszą umową zastosowanie mają
przepisy Kodeksu Cywilnego.

The relevant provisions of the Civil
Code shall apply in the matters not
regulated by this Agreement.

Niniejsza Umowa została sporządzona
w dwóch wersjach językowych: polskiej
i
angielskiej.
W
przypadku
jakichkolwiek rozbieżności pomiędzy
wersją w języku polskim i wersją w
języku angielskim, wersja w języku
polskim jest wiążąca.
§ 9.
This Agreement was drafted in two
language versions: polish and
English.
In
case
of
any
discrepancies between the English
and Polish language versions, the
Polish version shall prevail.
§ 10.
Wszelkie spory na tle niniejszej umowy
lub w związku z nią będą rozstrzygane
przez sąd właściwy rzeczowo dla
siedziby [●].

All disputes arising out of or in
connection with the Agreement
shall be submitted to the common
court of law with jurisdiction over
