From animal genetics and breeding towards functional foods
Functional meat products
Traditional meat products
Modern techniques, methods, technologies in meat processing
Fish processing
Conference and scientific workshops will be led by specialists:
Prof. Ing. Jozef Golian – Slovenska, Pol’nohospodarska Univerzita v Nitre
Prof. Vigilijus Jukna – Lithuanian Veterinary Academy in Kaunas,
Prof. dr hab. inż. Władysław Migdał - University of Agriculture in Krakow
Dr inż. Ladislav Staruch – Slovenska Technicka Univerzita v Bratislave
Dr Branislav Źivković – Institute for Animal Husbandry in Belgrade,
Submitted papers – in English only (one article per one registration fee) – after peer review
will be published as a monograph: “TRENDS IN
MEAT AND MEAT PRODUCTS
MANUFACTURING”. Non-English speaking authors, who do not have a good command of
English are advised to seek assistance from someone who has. A clear and concise language
will help editors and reviewers concentrate on the scientific content of your paper and thus
smooth the peer review process.

Registration fee (700 PLN – 170 EUR and 450zł – 110 EUR for school teachers, students
and PhD students) - bank account number will be sent by organizers in Communication II to
registered participants. The fee includes: the conference proceedings, paper print in
monograph, hotel costs (two nights), breakfast and lunch (11.06.2015 and 12.06.2015),
conference dinner on 11.06.2015, coffee and refreshments during the sessions. The
registration fee may be paid in euro; the invoices are available (details in Communication II).
Deadline for registration and payment: 31.03.2015
Deadline for abstracts 30.04.2015
Papers will be printed after two positives reviews and payment confirmation.
Please complete and return by email the registration form before the 31.03.2015. (this will
help us with preliminary hotel accommodation booking).
Detailed conference plan will be sent in Communication III – May 2015.
