POLFILL – ACRYLIC FILLER 2K HS 4 + 1
Product for professional use only
Characteristic:
High quality two-component primer based on acrylic resins. It has excellent insulating and filling properties as well as
good adhesion to various surfaces commonly found in passenger cars. It is easy to sanding and fast drying. It can be
coated with various topcoats. It is available with “normal” hardener.

Surface preparation:
The surface must be dry sanded, cleaned, degreased and dried thoroughly.

Polfill – Thinner for acrylic products 10 – 20%
Mix thoroughly filler, hardener and thinner for acrylic products until a uniform consistency is obtained.
Observe the required amount of hardener.
Spray viscosity:
25-35 s Ford cup 4/20°C

Apply with a spray gun with nozzle diameter 1,5 – 2,2 mm
at the air pressure 3 – 3,5 bar.
Number of layers: 1 – 3
Coat thickness: 60 – 240 µm
Pot life: 1,0 – 2,0 h at 20°C
Flash off time between layers: 10 - 15 minutes at 20°C
It is recommended to apply the filler at a temperature above 10°C and a relative air humidity of not more
than 75%.
Drying time:
5 – 8 hours at 20°C
35 – 45 minutes at 60-80°C
The temperature below 20°C increases the hardening time.
Sanding:
Sand dry with P320 – P500.
Sand wet with P600 – P1000.
Physicochemical properties:
This is a grey liquid with an aromatic, sweet odour.
The maximum content of VOC for ready to use product is 540 g/l.
Storage:
Store the product tightly closed in original container, in dry and cool places, away from fire and heat sources
at temperatures from 5°C to 20°C. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
Shelf life:
12 months from the date of manufacture

Use only Normal 1+4 hardener for acrylic filler 2K HS 4+1.
Equipment cleaning:
Polfill – NITRO thinner, Polfill – Thinner for acrylic products.
