Przeznaczenie:
Regulator ciœnienia stosowany jest w powietrznych uk³adach hamulcowych pojazdów samochodowych i s³u¿y do utrzymywania odpowiedniej wielkoœci ciœnienia. Regulatory mog¹
byæ wyposa¿one w przy³¹cza do pompowania opon i zawory
bezpieczeñstwa, chroni¹ce przed nadmiernym wzrostem ciœnienia w uk³adzie i obudowy umo¿liwiaj¹ce za³o¿enie t³umika
ha³asu.
Purpose:
Pressure controller is used in air brake systems of commercial vehicles for maintaining of appropriate pressure. The
regulators can be equipped with ports for tyre inflation and
safety valves protective from the excessive pressure increase
in system and with housings enabling the installation of silencer.
Dzia³anie:
Powietrze ze sprê¿arki t³oczone jest do przy³¹cza 1, przechodzi przez filtr, gdzie pozbawiane jest zanieczyszczeñ i dalej poprzez przy³¹cze 21 przep³ywa do uk³adu hamulcowego.
Wzrost ciœnienia w uk³adzie do ustalonej wielkoœci powoduje
prze³¹czenie regulatora i powietrze ze sprê¿arki t³oczone jest
do atmosfery (ja³owy bieg sprê¿arki). Taki stan trwa do czasu
spadku ciœnienia w uk³adzie do wielkoœci powoduj¹cej kolejne prze³¹czenie regulatora; teraz przelot do atmosfery zostaje
zamkniêty a sprê¿arka ponownie zaczyna do³adowywaæ uk³ad.
Operation:
Air from compressor is forced to port 1, flows through
filter and is cleaned from contaminations and then flows through port 21 to brake system. The increase of pressure to preset
value causes the changing-over switch of regulator and air is
forced to atmosphere (idle operation of compressor) such situation lasts tik the pressure drops to value which causes again
changing-over switch of regulator; at this moment the flow to
atmosphere is closed and the compressor again loads the system.
Obs³uga:
W zale¿noœci od warunków eksploatacji pojazdu zaleca
siê czyszczenie filtra 2÷4 razy w roku. Filtr dostêpny jest po
zdjêciu obudowy dolnej.
Maintenance:
Depending on operating conditions it is advised to clean
filter 2÷4 times a year. The filter is accessible after turning off
the lower housing
Monta¿:
Regulator montowaæ pionowo - odpowietrznik w dó³.
Assembly:
Pressure regulator should be mounted vertically with vent
to bottom.
