International Photography Confrontation “JUST ONE PHOTO 2013”
RULES OF PARTICIPATION:
The aim of the competition is to present the current state of art. photography and show
directions, trends and photographic techniques.
Owing to “Just One Photo” confrontations we have been successfully building a selected
history of global photography within these last five years.
CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
This year we do not accept work in electronically version!
1.The confrontation is organized in the form of open contest and is openly available for
every photographer in the world.
2.Each participant will present only (1) one photo, taken within three years
in the paper form not glued, framed with properly filled entry application form, an index
print on CD (up to A4-resolution for the purpose of publication in the catalogue) and
declaration concerning the authorship of work.
3.The theme and technique is free to choose.
4.Photo formats should be in ranges of 30 x 40 cm or 30 x 45 cm.
5.The participation in the competition must be accompanied by the entry fee of PLN 30.00
(thirty Polish Złoty) or EUR 10.00 (ten Euro), or $12 (twelve US dollars) paid on the

TIMELINE:

1. The final and irrevocable deadline for sending works is 9 September 2013
(we will not consider works after this date - the date of stamped mail will not be considered).

2. Jury deliberations will take place on 13 September 2013
3.Results of Confrontation and the announcement of the winners and post-contest
exhibition participants will be given on 25th September 2013 and will be available
online at: www.mok-jar.pl and www.jaroslaw.pl
4.Exhibition will take place between 19th October 2013 and 30th November 2013
at Galeria Rynek 6, Miejski Ośrodek Kultury in Jarosław.
5.The works shall have been returned by 31st December 2013.

The Jury reserves the rights for different prize selection.
THE FINAL NOTES:
1. All the works not fulfilling the described rules of participation will not be considered by
the Jury.
2. All the works entered for the previous editions of the Photography Confrontation
“Just One Photo” will not be considered by the Jury.
3. The organizing party shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting
from the transport of the works.
4. The organizers reserve the right for repeated, free of charge distribution, recording,
storing and copying of the works for the needs of the contest, namely the presentation
of the exhibition, reproduction in the catalogue, media, Internet and also for the occasional
marketing oriented publications promoting the contest.
5. The submitted work is synonymously copyright ownership statement to the photo.
By sending the photo the contestant hereby declares to be the holder of copyrights
to the entered work, all the portrayed people's rights were settled and the contestant
holds permissions of all people to use their image for the purpose of the contest.
