The River Neisse should not only be received as the
border of Germany and Poland, but also the
connection between two countries. This project
focuses on how can we connect the countries together
and attract people or tourists to use this project area
after Poland joins the EU in the year 2004.
Die Neisse ist nicht nur Grenze zwischen Deutschland
und Polen, sie ist auch eine Gemeinsamkeit. Dieses
Projekt hat zum Ziel, Deutschland und Polen zu
verbinden und Touristen in das Projektgebiet zu
locken, auch im Hinblick auf Polens EU-Beitritt 2004,
wenn die Grenze unbedeutend wird.
Bikeways are connecting elements along the river. A
riverside camping site is designed to fit with the
natural contour of the land, to take advantage of the
views of the surrounding river. The Neisse designated
riverside camping has varying facilities, a balanced
program of individual and team activities. The
facilities are an adventure sport area, riverside
amphitheater, fishing area, picnic area, boating area
and bikeway. A Wetland center will provide
scientific knowledge leading to a sustainable wetland.
The wetland proposed trail: a connection to the
wetland and bird watching tower, as a one of the
facilities to bring people closer with the wildlife
environment.
Radwege werden verschiedene Elemente entlang der
Neisse verbinden. Ein solches Element ist ein
Campingplatz am Fluß. Er wird sich in die
Flußlandschaft einfügen und ermöglicht es, diese
hautnah zu erleben und zu betrachten. Der
Campingplatz ist Mittelpunkt verschiedener Einrichtungen, so gibt es einen Abenteuerspielplatz, eine
Picknickwiese, einen Anglerbereich, ein Amphietheater am Fluss und eine Anlegestelle mit Bootsverleih. Bis zum Jahr 2030 wird das Interesse an der
Flusslandschaft und ihrem Schutz zunehmen. Ein
Besucherzentrum für das Feuchtgebiet bietet Informationen und eine Basis für wissenschaftliche Untersuchungen. Lehrpfade durch das Feuchtgebiet und
ein Vogelbeobachtungsturm runden das Angebot ab.
The proposal is to improve the old bike way quality,
create some new bikeways and add interesting
activities and facilities with an outdoor adventure
theme here. For the activities and facilities, there are
three separate areas, the adventure areas, the scenic
points, and the rest areas and the comfort stations.
The topography is suitable for mountain bikers, a
combination of easy and difficult terrain giving
mountain bikes the exciting mountain feeling.

Auch die Hügel entlang des Neissetals mit ihren
Wäldern und der interessanten Topographie des
Faltenbogens haben enormes Potential, das genutzt
werden sollte. Die bestehenden Radwege sollten
ausgebaut und um einige neue Wege ergänzt werden.
Im gesamten Gebiet sollte es Einrichtungen geben,
die drei verschiedenen Gruppen zugeordnet werden
können: Abenteuer, Aussicht sowie Rast und Komfort. Diese Attraktionen sind alle sehr klein, aber
durch ihre Vielfalt werden Touristen eine grosse
Auswahl haben.
Nysa jest nie tylko granicą między Polską a
Niemcami, jest również czymś wspólnym. Projekt
ten ma na celu zintegrowania obu krajów oraz
przyciągnięcie na teren projektu turystów, również
w kontekście przystąpienia Polski do UE w 2004
roku, kiedy to granica straci na znaczeniu.
Rozmaite elementy nad Nysą połączone zostaną
ścieżkami rowerowymi. Jednym z nich będzie plac
kampingowy. Zostanie on wbudowany w nadrzeczny krajobraz powalając bezpośrednio go postrzegać i z nim obcować. Plac kampingowy stanowić będzie centrum rozmaitych obiektów – znajdzie
się tu przygodowy plac zabaw, łąka na pikniki,
miejsce do wędkowania, amfiteatr oraz przystań z
wypożyczalnią łodzi.
Do roku 2030 znacznie wzrośnie zainteresowanie
nadrzecznym krajobrazem oraz jego ochroną.
Centrum turystyczne na terenach bagnistych
oferować będzie informacje oraz stanowić bazę badań
naukowych. Powstaną ścieżki edukacyjne
prowadzące przez bagna oraz do punktu obserwacji
ptaków.
Podobnie duży potencjał do wykorzystania stanowią
zalesione wzniesienia wzdłuż Nysy o interesującej
topografii. Istniejące tu ścieżki rowerowe zostaną
rozbudowane oraz uzupełnione kilkoma nowymi. Na
całym obszarze pojawią się obiekty trzech kategorii
– przygoda, widoki, a także odpoczynek i komfort.
Owe w istocie niewielkie atrakcje przez swą
różnorodność stworzą szeroką ofertę dla turystów.
