Grand opening of Galeria Sandomierz
– The modern shopping mall in the town - Galeria Sandomierz - has been completed. Galeria Sandomierz
is a part of the regional shopping complex developed by Centrum Handlowe Sandomierz Sp. z o.o., a
special-purpose vehicle established jointly by Terra Casa S.A. and ARTOM Development Sp. z o.o. with
development and financial support from Keen Property Partners Retail, which will soon acquire the property.
The mall will be opened by Jerzy Borowski, the Mayor of Sandomierz and Artur T³ustochowski, CEO of
Centrum Handlowe Sandomierz Sp. z o.o. The total value of the investment is €13 million.

ceremony at Galeria Sandomierz for the town’s inhabitants,― said Richard Keen, Managing Director at Keen
Property Partners. “We are excited that KPP Retail’s already significant portfolio of high-profile regional
shopping centres will soon include also Galeria Sandomierz, the first modern shopping mall in Sandomierz―.
Galeria Sandomierz is situated on 2 B³onie Street, only 2 km from the city centre of Sandomierz, near national route
77, which leads to Przemyœl in the south via Jaroslaw, and Opatów in the north. The complete development will
comprise of two separate one-storey buildings with a total area of 10,000 sqm. 200 parking spaces have been
provided for customers with cars. The mall’s tenants include Carrefour Express, Avans, Jaœ i Ma³gosia,
House, Cropp Town, De Facto, Reserved, Vistula, Monnari, Prima Strada, Wojas, 4F Sport Performance, Top Secret,
LOGOSHOP, Kolporter, Drogeria Natura, Adidas, Nike, Reebok, Puma, Kopalnia Srebra, Era and Play. Additionally,
the mall's customers will find a pharmacy, the Italian restaurant Invito and a flower shop. Galeria Sandomierz was
designed by PERBO-PROJEKT Sp. z o.o., and Mieleckie Przedsiêbiorstwo Budowlane was the project’s
general contractor.
