-2Changing the company’s name and their registered seat shall not affect the validity
of our existing business conditions, price lists and previously concluded
agreements. At the same time we would like to ensure that the removal of our
production from the existing facilities to the new building complex will have no
impact on the deadlines of current orders.
Our new production and administration facility with a usable area of up to 4,000
square meters corresponds to the latest production standards. The facility was
created with the target to improve our business operations as well as to streamline
our production capacities. The new headquarter will enable the further expansion of
our product range and services. Made investments provide you with the highest
level of quality and service in the range of our traditional products and products
attributed to “convenience for the garden”.
