Session 1. Plan and draw conclusions from a debate (9:30am-11:30am). The session concerns
issues like different approaches to registration and anonymity in public consultations and their
social consequences as well as the analysis of the abundant text/voice material to draw conclusions
for public policies.

Session 2. Be creative and solve problems online (12:00am-2:00pm). The session addresses the
use of ICT tools and the social creativity in solving public policy problems. We will also reflect on
conditions for public deliberation online.

proposals for ICT tools to strengthen public deliberation and participatory policy making. The focus
is on the software that would help local authorities to enhance planning of public consultations.

dialogue online, i.e. 1. new definitions of the already discussed problems, 2. the identification of
new problems, 3. proposals of the problem solutions.
