Referaty zaproszone i wszystkie zaakceptowane prace zostan opublikowane w specjalnym wydaniu
Acta Physica Polonica A (APPA). Prace b d recenzowane zgodnie z procedur APPA.
Manuskrypty nie mog by przygotowywane w formacie camera-ready.
Manuskrypty (oryginał + 1 kopia + wersja elektroniczna na płycie CD) w j zyku angielskim oraz
formularz przekazuj cy prawa autorskie (zał czony poni ej) powinny by dostarczone do rejestracji w
pierwszym dniu konferencji, tj. 22 czerwca 2009 (poniedziałek).
Obj to publikacji referatów plenarnych jest ograniczona do 30 000 znaków. Prace prezentowane
podczas 30 min. referatów zaproszonych powinny by ograniczone do 18 000 znaków. Wszystkie inne
prace nie mog przekroczy 12 000 znaków. Wielko ci te uwzgl dniaj tytuł pracy, list autorów i ich
afiliacj , streszczenie składaj ce si z ok. 250 znaków, numery PACS, słowa kluczowe i spis literatury.
Rysunki i tabele powinny by umieszczone w tek cie. Jeden rysunek bez podpisu jest równowa ny
1300 znakom. Symbole na rysunkach powinny by czytelne po zmniejszeniu rysunku do
szeroko ci 8,5 cm.
Tekst publikacji powinien by przygotowany w formacie Word Editor ( .doc), wydrukowany przy u yciu
czcionki o rozmiarze 12, z podwójnymi odst pami pomi dzy wierszami, na papierze A4 z
marginesami 2 cm.
Prace mog by wydrukowane w kolorze. Koszt druku wynosi 400 zł i jest opłacany przez autora.
Internetowa wersja pracy zostanie opublikowana w kolorze i b dzie mogła by reprodukowana na
u ytek własny bez dodatkowych kosztów.
Manuskrypty prac prezentowanych na tej konferencji nie podlegaj
przygotowania publikacji w APPA.
zwykłym regułom
Invited and accepted contributed papers will be published in a special issue of Acta Physica
Polonica A (APPA). The papers will be subject to a review procedure of APPA.
The prepared manuscripts should not be in camera-ready format.
Manuscripts (original + 1 copy + electronic version on CD) written in English and Copyright Transfer
Form (see below) should be delivered to the conference office on the first day of the conference (i.e.
Monday, June 22, 2009).
Papers of plenary talks must not exceed 30 000 characters. Papers of 30 min. long invited talks should
be restricted to 18 000 characters. All other contributed papers must not exceed 12 000 characters.
These values include the title of paper, authors’ list with their affiliations, about 250 characters long
abstract, PACS numbers, key words and reference list. Figures and tables should be positioned within
the text. One figure without caption is equivalent to about 1300 characters. Symbols on figures should
be well-readable after reducing the size of figure to 8.5 cm width.
The text should be prepared using Word Editor format ( .doc) with 12 point fonts and double spacing
and printed on A4 paper format with 2 cm margins.
Papers can be colour printed at extra cost 400 zł per page paid by author.
Internet version of paper will be colour published and reproduction for personal use without extra costs
will be allowed.
The APPA guide to authors of papers should be omitted in papers adopted by this conference.
