RB 20/2014 – New structure of BOŚ S.A. Supervisory Board – released
30 April 2014
In fulfilment of provisions of § 5 subpara. 1 points 12 and 22 of the Regulation of the
Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and interim reports published by
issuers of securities and on the conditions under which such information is
recognised as equivalent to information required under regulations of a non-member
state, the Management Board of Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. with seat in Warsaw
hereby informs that on 30 April 2012 the Annual General Meeting of BOŚ S.A.
decided, by resolution, to dismiss Mr Michał Jacek Wysocki as member of the
Supervisory Board.
- to dismiss Mr Jacek Maciej Bajorek and Mr Michał Juliusz Machlejd as members
of the Supervisory Board;
- to appoint Mr Jacek Czesław Ciepluch and Mr Mariusz Roman Karpiński
members of the Supervisory Board.
On 30 April 2012, the Supervisory Board resolved to appoint Mr Piotr Bogdan
Kaczyński Deputy Chairman to replace Mr Jacek Maciej Bajorek who was dismissed
from the Supervisory Board.
The Bank Supervisory Board now sits in the following composition:
