Former Deputy Dean of the Department of Law and Administration and former Deputy
Rector of the University of Warsaw. He was also a Visiting Professor for at least one semester
at the faculties of law of several US universities. Visiting Scholar at the University of
California Berkeley School of Law. He was a long-time Partner of the international law firms
Weil Gotshal & Manges and later Linklaters.
Former Advisor to the Minister of Privatisation, the Minister of the State Treasury and the
President of the Energy Regulatory Office. Former Member of the Public Procurement
Council and the College of the Supreme Chamber of Control, and Deputy Chairman of the
Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce.
Member of the Supervisory Board of mBank S.A., Betacom SA and Skyline Investments.
From 1998 to the end of June 2002 Chairman of the Exchange Supervisory Board. Author of
many publications, co-author and editor of the commentary Capital Market Law, 2nd edition,
CH Beck 2014.
