Contents of the Report:
The Management Board of ES-SYSTEM S.A. on the basis of § 5 item 1 p. 22 of the Regulation of the
Finance Minister of February 19, 2009 on current and periodical information conveyed by the issuers
of securities (Journal of Laws of 2009, No. 33, pos. 259) announces that the Ordinary General
Assembly of Shareholders on May 08, 2015 appointed members of the Supervisory Board of the VII
term of office:

Mrs. Bożena Ciupińska holds a title of the Master of Science Electric Engineer - in 1981she graduated
from the College of Communication in Żylin, next she obtained the rights as a designer in the field of
electric installations. Mrs. Bożena Ciupińska completed a course for the candidates for the members
of supervisory boards of the State Treasury joint-stock companies. On November 27, 1999 she
passed successfully final exam in front of the Board of Examiners by the Minister of Treasury.

Mrs. Bożena Ciupińska holds shares of ES-SYSTEM S.A. Mrs. Ciupińska is not engaged in any
business competitive to ES-SYSTEM S.A. and is not registered in the Insolvent Debtors Register run
pursuant to the KRS (National Court Register) Act.
Mr. Jerzy Burdzy was born in 1952. In 1976 Mr. Jerzy Burdzy graduated from the Main School for
Planning and Statistics (at present Warsaw School of Economics), the Foreign Trade Faculty.

On May 9, 2012 he was appointed by the Supervisory Board of ES-SYSTEM S.A. to the position of the
Member of the Audit Committee.
On October 2, 2013 he was appointed by the Supervisory Board of ES-SYSTEM S.A. to the position of
the Member of the Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Jerzy Burdzy is not engaged in any business competitive to ES-SYSTEM S.A. and is not
registered in the Insolvent Debtors Register run pursuant to the KRS (National Court Register) Act.
Mr. Radosław Wojciechowski born in 1975, holds a higher education degree – in 1999 he graduated
from the Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Law and Administration.
In 2004 Mr. Radosław Wojciechowski was registered on the list of legal advisers of the District
Chamber of Legal Advisers in Opole and from that moment he started individual practice.
In 2005 Mr. Radosław Wojciechowski became a partner of Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Foryś
Wojciechowski sp. k.
On May 9, 2012 he was appointed by the Supervisory Board of ES-SYSTEM S.A. to the position of the
Secretary of the Supervisory Board.
Mr. Radosław Wojciechowski is not engaged in any business competitive to ES-SYSTEM S.A. and is
not registered in the Insolvent Debtors Register run pursuant to the KRS (National Court Register) Act.
Mr. Arkadiusz Chojnacki, born in1975, holds a higher education degree, in 1999 graduated from the
University of Lodz, Faculty of Economics, Institute of Finance and Banking, in the same year he
obtained the Stock Broker License, in 2004 he completed Post-graduate Studies at the Warsaw
University of Technology in a field of real estate appraisal. Mr. Arkadiusz Chojnacki completed CFA
program, covering ethics, statistics, economy, appraisal and assets management. He holds the Series
7 license (NASD license entitling to contacts with American clients). In January 2008 Mr. Arkadiusz
Chojnacki won the VI Ranking of the Stock Exchange Analysts by “PARKIET” in category “Real estate
and Building” and “Industry and Trade”. In March 2012 he took the third place in the “Forbes” ranking
for the best analysts.

On May 9, 2012 he was appointed by the Supervisory Board of ES-SYSTEM S.A. to the position of the
Chairman of the Audit Committee.

On May 9, 2012 he was appointed by the Supervisory Board of ES-SYSTEM S.A. to the position of the
Vice-president of the Supervisory Board.
On August 27, 2013 he was appointed by the Supervisory Board of ES-SYSTEM S.A. to the position
of member of the Remuneration Committee, and then President of the Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Jacek Wysocki, born in 1956, holds a title of the Master of Science Electric Engineer - in 1981 he
graduated from the College of Communication in Żylin. In 1988 Mr. Jacek Wysocki obtained rights to
perform independent technical function in the field of electric installations. Mr. Jacek Wysocki also has

rights as sworn translator in Czech and Slovak languages.

Mr. Jacek Wysocki is a shareholder of ES-SYSTEM.
He is not engaged in any business competitive to ES-SYSTEM S.A. and is not registered in the

Mr. Leszek Ciupiński, born in 1957, in 1981 graduated from the College of Communication in Żylin,
Faculty of Exploitation and Economics of Rail Transport. The course of Mr. Leszek Ciupiński’s
