proceedings
Habilitation thesis: Res iudicata of administrative court’s judgment
Main research interests:
a) judicial review of public administration, particularly appeals against administrative courts’
judgments;
b) enforcement proceedings in administration, including the mutual assistance of EU Member
States for the recovery of public claims and the concurrence of court and administrative
enforcement;
c) administrative proceedings (including enforcement proceedings in administration) and
court-administrative proceedings in the legal-comparative analysis.
