Subject objectives
The objective for the subject is to propose an architectural project of house located in Bieszczady Mountains
in Poland as an answer to the ongoing pursuit for the contemporary architectural form in defined cultural
and environmental context.

Subject contents
Architectural design weekend workshop will take place on 11-13 December. The participation of foreign
architects as tutors is expected.
The contemporary architectural design concept for house located in Bieszczady Mountains is supposed to be
prepared and presented during workshop. The project should be an answer for design in determined
cultural and environmental context. Architecture of the place as pursuit for it’s essence.
The work on paper model is obligatory. Final presentation scope: 70x90cm sheet and paper model in given
scale.
