Subject: Appointment of proxy.
The Management Board of RESBUD S.A., informs that on 15 September 2010 it granted a
Power of attorney to Mr.: Wojciech Bator with reservation that a Power of attorney entitles to
represent the Company only together with the Member of the Management Board of
RESBUD S.A.
Mr. Wojciech Bator graduated from Rzeszów University of Technology (graduation in 1998).
Professional experience record:
1999 – 2002 Hydrobudowa Rzeszów S.A., positions from the Building Site Engineer to the
Building Site Manager,
2002-2004 Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane KAZEX sp. z o.o. Rzeszów, position of the Building
Site Manager,
2002 – 2010 – REST URBIS sp. j. Rzeszów, positions: the Building Site Manager, Contract
Manager, Contract Manager - Romania.
As declared by Mr. Wojciech Bator, he does not run any competitive activities to RESBUD
S.A. and has not been entered into the Register of Insolvent Debtors kept pursuant to the
Act on the National Court Register.
