Strzelców Bytomskich (former coal mine „Powstańców Śląskich”) area located in
Katowice Special Economic Zone Co.
According to the local spatial development plan of the former coal mine "Powstańców
Śląskich" in Bytom objective area is intended for production 1P, 2P, 3P (installation of
innovative production, except for buildings associated with the extraction of minerals,
production buildings, except for buildings associated with mining minerals, building
component and storage; building production services, building of logistics; building:
wholesale, market trade of industrial articles, machines and motor vehicles).

Land property, undeveloped, located in the industrial area, with an irregular shape.
Part of the property is located within the mining area, beyond the influence of mining.
The construction of the road to the subject area as well as works connected with network
of lighting, electricity, water supply, storm water drainage, sanitation, telecom has
started. Gas main and heating network will be rebuilt. Expected completion date is June
2015.
- The low and high voltage running along the property boundaries, connections are
approx. 10 m from the border;
- A network of underground gas  150 mm approx. 54 m to the north - west of the area;
- Water-sewage network available at boundary of the property; teletechnical network
available within the property.
 in the south-eastern boundary of the property passes teletechnical network,
 in the southern part of the area there is a sewage pumping station with sanitary
sewers,
 nearby Strzelców Bytomskich Street and in the southern part of the property passes
heating network,
 in the southern part of the property along a separate road and next to the buildings,
there are of wiring and low and high voltage,
 in the immediate vicinity of the northern part of the area's 110 kV switching station,
 along the west side of the Przy Kopalni Street and near the residential buildings
running outside the external borders of the is a water supply system,
 along Strzelców Bytomskich Street and Przy Kopalni Street there is a gas network
with connection to residential buildings.
