Dział Współpracy z Zagranicą Wyższej Szkoły Zarządzania „Edukacja” (WSZ E) we Wrocławiu zarządza
i koordynuje współpracą zagraniczną. Przedstawicielem prawnym podpisującym umowy partnerskie oraz zatwierdzającym
dokumentację związaną ze współpracą z zagranicą jest Rektor WSZ E oraz Dziekan. Prorektor ds. Nauki i Współpracy z
zagranicą odpowiada za internacjonalizację, rozwój i strategię badawczo-rozwojową i międzynarodową Uczelni oraz
nawiązuje ,opiniuje i koordynuje wstępnie projekty współpracy - pełni funkcję Koordynatora Instytucjonalnego. Organizacją
działań dotyczących mobilności na szczeblu uczelnianym w porozumieniu z dziekanatem i księgowością zajmuje się
Koordynator ds. Współpracy z Zagranicą, pełniący funkcję Koordynatora Uczelnianego .Dokumenty związane z wyjazdami
i przyjazdami podpisuje Dziekan WSZ E we Wrocławiu, pełniący funkcję koordynatora wydziałowego. Dziekani
poszczególnych wydziałów pełnią funkcję koordynatorów punktów ECTS

C2. Fundamental Principles
By applying for the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education my institution will:
Respect in full the principles of non-discrimination set out in the Programme and ensure equal access and
opportunities to mobile participants from all backgrounds.
Ensure full recognition for satisfactorily completed activities of study mobility and, where possible,
traineeships in terms of credits awarded (ECTS or compatible system.). Ensure the inclusion of
satisfactorily completed study and/or traineeship mobility activities in the final record of student
achievements (Diploma Supplement or equivalent).
Please explain the academic credit system and the methodology used to allocate credits to the different

W WSZ E funkcjonuje system ECTS zawarty w katalogu kursów. Przed wyjazdem studenta do uczelni partnerskiej
podpisywane jest Porozumienie o programie zajęć (Learning Agreement), w którym przedmioty zaplanowane do realizacji
podczas pobytu za granicą odpowiadają przedmiotom przewidzianym do realizacji w uczelni macierzystej.Student musi
zdobyć 30 punktów ECTS, aby zaliczyć cały semestr studiów. Na podstawie Porozumienia o programie zajęć oraz Zmian
do porozumienia sporządzana jest Karta ekwiwalencji uwzględniająca ewentualne różnice programowe,którą przed
wyjazdem akceptuje Dziekan i student. Dąży się do pełnej uznawalności osiągnięć studenta.Uwzględniając specyfikę
programów nauczania w uczelniach partnerskich dąży się do zminimalizowania różnic między efektami kształcenia
możliwymi do uzyskania podczas studiów w uczelni partnerskiej, a efektami kształcenia, które powinny być uzyskane w tym
samym czasie w WSZ E.

Publish and regularly update the course catalogue on the website of the Institution well in advance of the
mobility periods, so as to be transparent to all parties and allow mobile students to make well-informed
choices about the courses they will follow.

W katalogu kursów ECTS zawarta jest pełna informacja o Uczelni, programach studiów i warunkach studiowania,
wymienione są przedmioty prowadzone na wszystkich kierunkach studiów. Studenci mają dostęp do sylabusów wszystkich
przedmiotów znajdujących się w programie studiów. Informacje w głównym katalogu są przedstawione w języku polskim,
dla studentów i pracowników zagranicznych został opracowany pakiet w języku angielskim.
Carry out mobility only within the framework of prior agreements between institutions. These agreements
establish the respective roles and responsibilities of the different parties, as well as their commitment to
shared quality criteria in the selection, preparation, reception and integration of mobile participants.

Przed podpisywaniem umów partnerskich, które mogą być podpisane przez Rektora na wniosek pracowników czy
studentów, odbywają się spotkania w sprawie zasadności i możliwości współpracy. Umowy są sprawdzane pod kątem
zaangażowania wszystkich stron, przy czym dąży się do różnorodności i szerokiego dostępu do oferty edukacyjnej,
zrównoważenia geograficznego i specjalizacyjnego, biorąc pod uwagę wspólne badania, organizację konferencji oraz
indywidualne wnioski osób wyjeżdżających/przyjeżdżających.Umowy partnerskie są przechowywane,monitorowane i
aktualizowane przez Koordynatora programu Erasmus.Porozumienia o programie zajęć/praktyk czy szkoleń są omawiane
drogą mailową przez trzy strony(Uczelnia,beneficjent,strona przyjmująca), po wypracowaniu wspólnych celów
podpisywane, a na podstawie ankiety ewaluacyjnej/sprawozdania wykazywane jest wypełnienie zadań i czynności
wykazanych w porozumieniu.Dąży się do utrzymania jakości pod kątem zawartości merytorycznej oraz terminowości.

necessary level of linguistic proficiency.

Studenci z oferty studiów wybierają język podstawowy i dodatkowy:angielski, niemiecki, hiszpański i włoski z możliwością
zdawania egzaminów w Centrum Języków Obcych.Są informowani o intensywnych kursach językowych EILC, mają
możliwość brania udziału w dodatkowych zajęciach w języku angielskim prowadzonych w WSZ E. Studenci mają też
możliwość otrzymania dofinansowania kursu językowego, jeśli jest realizowany poza uczelnią i nie jest to język angielski,
ze środków OM programu Erasmus, na podstawie podania złożonego do Biura Współpracy z Zagranicą i opiniowanego
przez Prorektora, w zależności od posiadanych środków.Pracownicy są zachęcani do prowadzenia zajęć w języku obcym
w WSZ E.

for students and a mobility agreement for staff validated in advance between the home and host
institutions or enterprises and the mobile participants.

Wyjeżdżający i przyjeżdżający studenci i pracownicy uczelni są objęci wsparciem Biura Współpracy z Zagranicą.Studenci i
pracownicy otrzymują dokładne informacje o adresach, wariantach podróżowania i warunkach pobytu w Polsce i
zagranicą.Na wniosek zainteresowanych organizowany jest odbiór z miejsca przyjazdu (pracowników odbierają pracownicy
WSZ E, studentów – studenci w systemie 'buddy system').Biuro Współpracy pomaga w znalezieniu zakwaterowania w
kraju i zagranicą,udziela rad i wskazówek.Są organizowane dni orientacyjne oraz indywidualne spotkania w celu
zapoznania z warunkami studiowania i poruszania się w obcym mieście.Odbywają się też spotkania indywidualne i
grupowe w sprawie wyjazdów w celu przekazania niezbędnych informacji.

W ramach dni orientacyjnych studentom oferowane są bezpłatne zajęcia języka polskiego na poziomie podstawowym,
obejmującym podstawowe frazy i zdania przydatne na co dzień. Studenci przyjeżdżający są też informowani o możliwości
wzięcia udziału w EILC – intensywnych kursach językowych organizowanych przez polskie uczelnie.Zajęcia dla studentów
zagranicznych odbywają się w języku angielskim.Dla pracowników organizuje się spotkania wprowadzające i przydziela
pracownika WSZ E do pomocy.
C5. When Participating in Mobility Activities - After Mobility
Accept all activities indicated in the learning agreement as counting towards the degree, provided these
have been satisfactorily completed by the mobile students.
Provide incoming mobile participants and their home institutions with transcripts containing a full, accurate
and timely record of their achievements at the end of their mobility period.

Każdy student, który bierze udział w wyjazdach lub przyjazdach zagranicznych otrzymuje dokumenty potwierdzające pobyt
zagraniczny: Porozumienie o programie zajęć, Wykaz zaliczeń, Potwierdzenie pobytu czy Referencje.Dąży się do pełnej
rozpoznawalności i uznawalności dokumentów.Studenci zachęcani są do wypełniania dokumentu Europass-Mobility oraz
do świadomego zarządzania kompetencjami(artykuły,prezentacje na stronie Uczelni).Dla studentów zagranicznych podaje

Pracownicy wyjeżdżający przed kwalifikacją wypełniają wniosek,w którym określają cele wyjazdu, spodziewane rezultaty
wymiany, możliwości rozwoju naukowego i korzyści dla Uczelni.Po powrocie omawiają wyjazd z Prorektorem i Rektorem
oraz na zebraniach katedr.W kwestionariuszu ewaluacji pracowników uwzględnia się międzynarodową współpracę
naukowo-dydaktyczną i przyznaje punkty.Jest to podstawą do kontynuacji współpracy z Uczelnią a także do dalszych
wyjazdów i dofinansowania badań naukowych.Nowi, etatowi pracownicy mają pierwszeństwo w przypadku równorzędnych
not kandydatów do wyjazdów.Wyjazdy są też uwzględniane w ankiecie jednostki wysyłanej do ministerstwa.Uczelnia
promuje przyjazdy i wyjazdy na stronie internetowej.
C6. When Participating in European and International Cooperation Projects
Ensure that cooperation leads to sustainable and balanced outcomes for all partners.
Provide relevant support to staff and students participating in these activities.

Na Uczelni dwa razy w roku prowadzi akcję rekrutacyjną i promocyjną dotyczącą wyjazdów zagranicznych,funkcjonuje
strona internetowa http://www.erasmus.wszedukacja.pl oraz http://www.international.wszedukacja.pl,wyjazdy są też
promowane na stronie Uczelni i portalu społecznościowym.Do studentów i pracowników wysyłany jest też mailing i
informacje na wirtualnym dziekanacie w sprawie możliwości wyjazdów i/lub uczestniczenia w spotkaniach i przyjazdach
pracowników zagranicznych.Studenci otrzymują zniżkę na czesne na czas wyjazdu na studia,mają też możliwość
przedłużenia sesji lub indywidualnego toku studiów w przypadku praktyki.Udział w wyjazdach jest zapisany w suplemencie
do dyplomu studenta i w statystykach programu na stronie internetowej

the signature of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education by the European Commission.

target groups of your mobility activities (with regard to staff and students in first, second and third cycles,

The College of Management ‘Edukacja’(WSZ E) aspires to become a modern institution of scientific, educational,research
and training orientation,utilizing the potential of corporate education:the University and the Centre for Education and
Training-Synergy Trainings.It is planned to offer an attractive program of study in the international market,a diverse range
of education,and a permanent place in the socio-economic development of the region.The priority of the WSZ E is to
intensify international cooperation within the European Union and international cooperation in general.All efforts are
focused primarily on increasing opportunities for the academic and professional mobility of students and academic
staff,administrative improvements,and an increase the number of partner institutions involved in the Erasmus
program.Academics are encouraged to visit partner institutions and spread knowledge of educational opportunities for the
innovation and modernization of the College. Studies and research in the international arena will be supported by contracts
and agreements with foreign research and teaching.When choosing partners,WSZ E will be directed primarily by
geographical location (for students and employees to choose universities and institutions that are diverse in terms of
culture, language and demand), the objectives of the research and research centers, joint study programs (which are
planned),and the needs, scientific and educational interests of students and staff.First of all, will continue partnerships with
existing universities and institutions, due to the developed working methods and common goals.Special emphasis will be
on cooperation with the Czech Republic (due to the development of long-distance communication and the Educational
Center in the Czech Republic, the appointment of the Coordinator for Relations with the Czech Republic and jointly planned
educational projects),but also the development and the intensification of contacts with other universities and institutions,
among others those in the United States, Great Britain, Greece and China, and with students and staff from Eastern
Europe because of the great interest in educational aspects of them to the WSZ E.More than 100 academics from the
above mentioned countries currently work with the WSZ Edukacja, for example,in the scientific committees and preparing
review publications for the WSZ Edukacja,helping to organize the College international conferences and seminars, and
supporting teaching activities.It is planned to increase the employment of junior staff and increase the mobility of
undergraduate students.The internationalization strategy of tWSZ E includes the following activities:
1.To develop the research carried out by:
-Interdisciplinary research and cooperation with various training centers
-Setting up research teams from different parts of the world
-Organization of joint scientific meetings
-Exchange of staff and students, as well as the inclusion of students in the research and development
-Use of research results in creating programs of study and improvement of educational, for example, through spreading the
results of research provided by scientific staff in the teaching process
2.Improving the quality of education by:
-International exchange of students and staff of the University and the application and implementation of known solutions
developed in the course of gaining foreign experience,
-The development of personal and professional workers and students in the process of mobility through participation in
conferences, seminars, trainings and events of international scope
-Support of people doing research on an international scale by subsidizing research and faculty mobility
-Improving the internal appraisal system (performance evaluation of the faculty staff)
-Systematic monitoring of students’ and staff’s achievement
-Promotion of innovative activities
-Tailoring education to the needs of the labor market (through monitoring and research work in the country and in the
European Union and cooperation with employers in international research projects)
Improving infrastructure and improving the student support system at the College, also in terms of adapting the offer to
people with special needs (development and improvement of WSZ E management information systems)
3.Cooperation with the environment:
-Cooperation with other universities, public and non-public institutions
-Cooperation with organizations and associations concerned with the spread of science, education and culture

WSZ E stara się być nowoczesną placówką naukową, edukacyjną, badawczą i szkoleniową, wykorzystującą potencjał
korporacji edukacyjnej:Uczelni i Ośrodka Kształcenia i Doskonalenia Zawodowego– Synergy Trainings.Chce wyróżniać się
atrakcyjnym programem studiów na rynku międzynarodowym i zróżnicowaną ofertą edukacyjną i na stałe wpisać się w
rozwój społeczno–gospodarczy regionu.Priorytetem Wyższej Szkoły Zarządzania „Edukacja” we Wrocławiu jest
zintensyfikowanie współpracy międzynarodowej w ramach Unii Europejskiej i ogólnie pojętej współpracy
międzynarodowej.Wszystkie wysiłki są skupione w pierwszej kolejności na zwiększeniu szans mobilności naukowej i
zawodowej studentów oraz pracowników naukowo-dydaktycznych i administracyjnych oraz poszerzeniu liczby instytucji
partnerskich w ramach Erasmusa.Kadra naukowa jest zachęcana do odwiedzania instytucji partnerskich i poznania ich
ofert edukacyjnych dla innowacji i modernizacji Uczelni. Prace badawcze i naukowe na polu międzynarodowym będą
wspierane przez umowy oraz porozumienia z zagranicznymi jednostkami naukowo-dydaktycznymi.Przy wyborze partnerów
WSZ E będzie się kierowała przede wszystkim lokalizacją geograficzną (aby studenci i pracownicy mogli wybierać uczelnie
i instytucje zróżnicowane pod względem kulturowym, językowym i ofertowym), celami badawczymi i ośrodkami

na współpracę z Czechami (ze względu na rozwój Dydaktycznego Ośrodka Zamiejscowego w Czechach, powołanie
Koordynatora ds. Kontaktów z Czechami oraz wspólnie planowane projekty edukacyjne), ale i rozwój i intensyfikacja
kontaktów z uczelniami i instytucjami m. innymi ze Stanów Zjednoczonych, Wielkiej Brytanii, Grecji i Chin oraz ze
studentami i pracownikami z Europy Wschodniej ze względu na duże zainteresowanie ofertą edukacyjną WSZ E z ich
strony. Ponad 100 pracowników naukowo-dydaktycznych z wyżej wymienionych krajów obecnie współpracuje z WSZ
Edukacja, m. innymi w komitetach naukowych i recenzyjnych wydawnictw związanych z WSZ E i organizowanymi przez
Uczelnię konferencjami i seminariami międzynarodowymi także w pracach dydaktycznych. Planowane jest zwiększenie
zatrudnienia młodszej kadry oraz zwiększenie mobilności wśród studentów studiów licencjackich.W strategii
umiędzynarodowienia Uczelni zawierają się cele takie jak:
1.Rozwój badań naukowych realizowanych poprzez:
-interdyscyplinarność badań i współpracę z różnymi ośrodkami kształcenia

(EU and non-EU) cooperation projects in teaching and training in relation to projects implemented under the

One of the key objectives for the College in terms of teaching and research is to improve the quality through active
participation of scientific and administrative staff in foreign exchange. A key role is played by international research
conducted in different organizational systems, implemented within individual departments or other entities (in partnership
with foreign universities), but they seem to exhibit the character of individual or collective (collective research) activities.
Currently WSZ E cooperates with more than 100 researchers representing foreign research centers around the world by
participating in scientific committees and preparing reviews, organizing international conferences, seminars, workshops and
courses. They are created by internal faculties and intercollegiate research teams involving researchers from other national
and international institutions working with the College. Common educational and research projects are carried out by:
-The organization of conferences and seminars at local, national and international levels
-Publication of scientific works (monographs, articles in scientific journals and educational works (academic textbooks and
syllabuses).
-Staff exchange, research, and implementation of experience and innovative solutions acquired abroad
-Joint research projects with an international and intercultural background
-Seminars and preparatory visits for infrastructure development and management of the University (International week,
workshops, lectures and training for administration and academics)
-Implementation of joint research projects aimed at improving the design of its programs of international study programs
-Studies and international courses
-Recognition of international scientific and educational achievements in the process of evaluation of the professional staff
Jednym z najważniejszych celów Uczelni w strategii dotyczącej działalności dydaktycznej i naukowo-badawczej jest
doskonalenie jakości poprzez czynny udział kadry naukowej i administracyjnej w wymianie zagranicznej.Kluczową rolę
pełnią międzynarodowe badania naukowe, prowadzone w różnych układach organizacyjnych,realizowane w ramach
poszczególnych katedr lub innych jednostek (przy współpracy z zagranicznymi uczelniami), przy czym mają one charakter
działań indywidualnych (badania własne) lub zbiorowych (badania zespołowe).Obecnie Uczelnia współpracuje z ponad 100
pracownikami naukowymi reprezentującymi zagraniczne ośrodki badawczo-rozwojowe z całego świata poprzez udział w
komitetach naukowych i recenzyjnych,organizację międzynarodowych konferencji,seminariów,warsztatów i

Participation in the Erasmus program is one of the most important activities in the field of internationalization of WSZ E.One
of the priorities is to support and promote the mobility of staff and students with the support of the organization, its content
and financial program.The internationalization is related to the increase of the level of education of the beneficiaries,taking
into account increasing employability and flexibility,and the development of key competencies for the labor
market.Participation in the Erasmus program is introduced through the recognition and efficiency in the development of the
College,its staff and students in favor of the search for foreign partners for joint educational purposes, research and
development,and the recognition of foreign experience.Increasing opportunities for professional and personal development
are also taken into account.One of the most important goals of modern education is the quality and relevance of knowledge
in the global labor market.Therefore,the strategy emphasizes that the College is constantly working on the improvement of
degree programs,including the use of research results,exchange experiences and solutions with international partners, the
continuous monitoring of the labor market, and tracking trends in modern education.By participating in the Erasmus
program,WSZ E constantly monitors suggestions for changes and trends in higher education and implements solutions
required by the global market in terms of organization,communication,media and documentation to improve management
processes.Internationalization appears to be vital for the modernization,as it seems to offer competitive services,in the
development of teaching as well as research.The growth increases the competence of staff and students significantly in the
terms of exploitation of information systems.Activities under the Erasmus program auspicious will contribute to the
improvement of the system of evaluation and monitoring of the activities,thus affecting the quality of educational
services.One of the major goals is to link WSZEwith the economic environment.Therefore,the strategy of WSZ E attaches
great importance to the establishment of the organization and implementation of training abroad,linking it with business in
developing programs of study,research, development,and the establishment of strategic partnership.For this purpose,a
career for graduates WSZE monitors and examines the effectiveness of educational activities using the tools developed in
the framework of LLP projects,such as evaluation and project management.Participation in the program improves the
efficiency of the central administration,faculty, and other organizational units of WSZE by gaining experience abroad and
implementing it in their home institution.It also contributes to the improvement of the financial management system and
better use of allocated funds.The Erasmus program is a crucial tool and support in the process of internationalization.
Udział w programie Erasmus jest jednym z najważniejszych działań w zakresie internacjonalizacji uczelni.Jednym z
priorytetów WSZ E jest wspieranie i promowanie mobilności pracowników i studentów przy wsparciu organizacyjnym,
merytorycznym i finansowym programu.Umiędzynarodowienie Uczelni wiąże się z podwyższaniem poziomu wykształcenia
jej beneficjentów,zwiększeniem zatrudnialności i elastyczności oraz rozwojem kluczowych kompetencji dla rynku pracy.
Udział Uczelni w programie Erasmus dzięki rozpoznawalności i efektywności programu w zakresie rozwoju Uczelni, jej

programów studiów, działalności badawczo-rozwojowej i nawiązywania partnerstw strategicznych.Dla tych celów Uczelnia
monitoruje kariery absolwentów i bada efektywność działań edukacyjnych wykorzystując narzędzia wypracowane w
ramach projektów LLP, jak ewaluacja czy zarządzanie projektami.
Udział w programie Erasmus wpływa na poprawę efektywności pracy administracji centralnej, wydziałowej i innych

a program Erasmus jest narzędziem jak i wsparciem w procesie umiędzynarodowienia Uczelni.
