Senior Supplier Quality Engineer
Miejsce pracy: Katowice
Requirements:

Ensures suppliers deliver quality parts, materials, and services.

Qualifies suppliers according to company standards and may administer a Certified Supplier Program in
receiving inspection.

Monitors parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle and communicates and resolves
supplier related problems.

Develops and prioritizes an auditing schedule to ensure that designated suppliers are audited on a
regular basis to ensure good manufacturing practices and quality standards are met.

Evaluates supplier internal functions to assess their overall performance.

Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Frequently interacts with peers and customers to gain cooperation of others or conduct presentations of
technical information, projects, and activities.
Qualifications:
 Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Supplier Quality capacity highly desirable

Understanding of ISO 9001 and other regulatory standards.

ASQ Certified Quality Auditor or Certified Quality Engineer

Prior Supplier Quality experience in manufacturing an analytic approach to problem solving

Must be a critical thinker and active listener with good time management skills in order to work
with Suppliers and Project Management teams to define deliverables

Strong project management skills.. PMP ideal

Strong problem solving skills

Advanced oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write technical reports
and presentations

Advanced knowledge of quality related tools including, but not limited to, SPC, AQP, DOE and
Quality Systems

