✘ Working on this position you will be responsible for:
-Providing support for Business Clients via phone, email, chat.
-Creating new accounts/ adding new users to existing accounts and updating necessary
changes in the Entitlement Database.
-Validating Entitlements and contracts
-Clarifying case properly in order to dispatch it to the appropriate group
-Understanding customer concerns and address them effectively
-Ensuring customer satisfaction for services rendered
✘ Knowledge and skills required:
-Excellent communication skills in English-must have
-Very good level of German or French
-Strong Customer service focus
-Excellent communication skills
-Passion to learn new concepts, technologies and processes
