THE MINISTER OF TREASURY
OF THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND
acting on behalf of the Treasury informs that:
the deadline for the provision of the Company Memorandum for Fabryka Przewodów
Energetycznych S.A. with its registered office in Będzin is extended by 12 August 2011, and the
deadline for submission of offers in response to the invitation to negotiations on the acquisition of
2,365,000 (say: two million three hundred and sixty five thousand) ordinary registered shares
owned by the Treasury, representing 88.25% of the share capital of Fabryka Przewodów
Energetycznych S.A. with its registered office in Będzin, which was published in Gazeta Wyborcza
on 27 June 2011, is extended by 22 August 2011 by 2:00 (Warsaw time). Potential Investors who
submit their response to the public invitation to negotiations will be notified in writing by the
Ministry of Treasury on the result of the consideration of the responses by registered letter sent by
9 September 2011.
Other conditions for the submission of offers in response to the above invitation to negotiations
remain unchanged.
